(TA24) Minehead - Warren Road

Great place to stop. Spent 2 days here. Toilets open from about 8:30 - 19:00. Shops and takeaways close by. Cracking beach and was plenty of spaces when I stopped.

Fantastic sea view. Free from 6pm-9am As others have said, it was fairly noisy until around midnight. Lots of other campers here too. Toilets just along the prom, but locked at 7pm

Decent spot, stopped off Friday night and yes we had the odd boy racer car go past but that didn't really bother me. It went quiet at around 12 so managed to get a pretty decent sleep, well worth stopping off and waking up to the sea view. plenty of other campervans / motorhomes we're here also

Ja, man kann parken mit dem Blick auf das Meer. Aber das geht an dieser Küste entlang viel schöner, besser und ruhiger. Sind nach 1 Stunde weiter gefahren. Zu lebhaft und laut hier.

Don’t stay here if you want to sleep, boyracers all night, cars turning up all night playing music. We had to move on at midnight to find somewhere else.

Brilliant place, right on the beach-front. The parking fee carries over to the next day, so if you buy a day ticket for £7.30 at 1130, it expires at 1130 the next day. There is also a weekly ticket at £25 - where else can you legally park for less than £4 a day? Some youngsters in their racers in the evening, but we just parked, and they left at 2200.

Great spot. It's £1.80 an hour and free after 18.00. If you pay on the app any extra balance gets carried through to the next morning. Quite noisy at the weekend with the boy racers and Butlins gigs but all quiet by 23.00. Plus we enjoyed watching the kids grinding out their lowered suspension on the speed bumps..,;)

Nice spot but given a parking fine for parking outside the bays. We have quite a long motorhome but tried to park considerately for the benefit of others. Car park was quite empty so whilst we were in breach of the rules we felt a penalty was a bit harsh.

Fabulous overnight place to stay. Right in front of the beach. Toilets available (not sure if 24 hours). Few boy racers early evening but no bother.

Super schöner Platz. Direkt am Meer. Sind um 23 Uhr angekommen und haben 1.80 bezahlt bis zum nächsten Morgen 10 Uhr. Nacht kommen ein paar jugendlichen. Aber nicht laut und friedlich.

Couple other campervans, bit annoyed by the youngsters racing their shitty cars right behind our van. Tesco and Lidl on walking distance. Waking up to the sea view was incredible.

Brilliant location to park up. Free after 6pm until 9am. Then £1.80 an hour, £3.60 for 2 hours, £5.50 4 hrs or £7.50 all day. Parked opposite Butlins. Can hear their entertainment music but finishes by 11pm. A couple of boy racers parked up at the other end. But no hassle at all.

Nice location right on the beach front. Just out of season now I guess so was quiet last night. Good spot for a night away. No problem with any noise last night. There were a few boy and girl racers parked up in the car park but no noise or issue at all. The beach is dog friendly and there are public toilets but they are locked up overnight

Wir haben den Tipp für diesen Platz von einem anderen Camper empfohlen bekommen. Ein wirklich toller Stellplatz mit bester Sicht auf die Bridgwater Bay. Einziges Ärgernis sind die erbärmlichen Bleifußfahrversuche der Halbstarken.

amazing spot, looking over the beach. we stayed one night, some boy racers until 22:30 but then was nice and quiet.

We stayed for 2 nights ( sat ,sun) free after 6-9am. What a beautiful sea view spot watching and listening to the waves. A few young lads racing their cars, but they didn’t bother us atal. Lovely spot

Today is 6/8/24 this is a Great spot by the beach under £8 for the day. No charge between 6pm & 9am if you have blue badge you get extra hour on your chosen ticket. The one negative amd my reason for giving 3 star is the boy racers on here from around 10pm to 12 ish pipping, music and so on. They didn’t bother us but was noisy till gone midnight.

Great place to park. There were toilets at the end of which one stayed open all night. Great view across the bay. Does get a bit windy as is it exposed, so may not be good on more windy days. Quite a popular spot but it is big so there were lots of empty spaces. Butlin’s was fairly loud till the early evening, but it was a Sunday and not in the holidays, may he different story if it were not.

great views across the bay, loads of flat parking decent EE signal. Not convinced Butlins needs to pound out the music that loud at 0830hrs though! beach is currently suitable for dogs.

lovey stop off overlooking beach and sea. Close tô Town shops bars toilets at the end of carpark opposite Butlins opposite noise not to bad. sadly rained non stop lots of space other vans here £7,50 12 till 12 next day.

Great spot to park. Stayed for 1 night, was quite quiet, in terms of parking spaces (end of April). Quite a bit of noise from Butlins but we like background noise being avid festival-ers. Would definitely come back here again. Every parking spot overlooks the sea

Direkt an der Promenade. Laute Musik bis spät abends durch den gegenüberliegenden Freizeitpark. Poser, die mit ihren aufgemotzten Autos hin und her fahren. Unter der Woche im März. Nicht zu empfehlen!

A great spot to spend the night for free. Easy access to Minehead town, which has all the facilities you might need. Big Morrisons, Tesco & Lidl for stocking up your supplies. Yes, there's a bit of noise from Butlins. Yes, there's the odd boy racer with loud exhaust. Yes, it's fairly exposed so you're buffeted if the weather's rough. Isn't that all part of the campervan/motorhome experience?

Cracking spot, close to everything, free overnight, sea view, can’t ask for much more !! Some noise (have a drink and live with it) or go to a campsite. 10 out of 10 for me.

An awesome spot, right kn the beach front, free over night and only £6.60 for all day. Short walk into town. Sadly offset by the noise from Butlins, loud bass until early hours, and a small number of boy racers in their very noisy, but crap little cars. It would be the perfect spot if not for the noise at night, but we still come and know we have to tolerate it.

Parkplatz am Strand. Für längere Fahrzeuge gibt es zwei Parkfelder rechts am Ende des Platzes bei der Ausfahrt. Bis um zwei Uhr in der Nacht war es sehr laut durch lauthals streitende Anwohner eines benachbarten Wohnhauses die sich am Strand trafen. Fühlte mich Wirt wirklich Sicher.

Stayed for two nights a few weeks back, absolutley gorgeous spot and around 10 other vans/motor homes parked up. Yes there is noise from butlins and some boy racers but nothing to put me off going again! Lovely spot!

Probably not one I would use again. When the weather is wet or not too good it may be ok but on a warm evening, groups of youths talking loudly in the front of the vans throughout the night with no regard for anyone’s sleep was not the best experience. Some expected noise from Butlins but went quiet later. The usual noisy exhaust and car horn brigade passing till 11ish and again in the morning.

Cheap place to park. Prices are going up to £7.30 next year though. Yes there are some racers and if Butlins has an event on there is very loud music till around 2am. Check the buttons page for the event weekends. They are most summer and do about 12 a year. Views are good, beach is good. It’s ok for a one night stop.

Got to be worst night sleep ever. Yes we expected boy racers and some noise from Butlins but we got it all. We got Butlins boom bass until 3am. Walkers, runners. Boy racers. Shouting at 3am. 4 am more yelling across prom. 5am a man shouting help I’ve lost my phone plus drama. 5.40 kids walking with music playing loud. Very busy spot avoid at night unless you are a very heavy sleeper

We stayed for 2 nights, with no problems, plenty of space for large campervans, overlooking the beach.

Brilliant spot. Night-day-night at the beach for just £6.60, with a lovely town just round the corner. Fabulous. Briljante plek. Een nacht-dag-nacht plat aan het strand voor maar £6.60, met een prachtige stadje om te hoek. Kan niet beter.

There are no sign’s saying you can’t park here.Spoke to traffic warden you are okay to park here they don’t mind.18.00 till 09.00 is free. toilets shut at 18.00.

Stopped overnight, arrived around 10.30pm, a few boy racers parked up but they left at around 11pm. A few people taking a stroll from Butlins (it was still half light). A police car came cruising by around 11.30pm. I was the only camper/vehicle here! The elevated part of the parking was closed due to it being occupied by a film crew with trucks/catering etc, but that’s just a temporary situation.

Stopped two nights cost us £7.00 36 hours, some boy racers around but all gone by 11:00 very surprised the police don’t do something about it, some noise from Butlins, but nothing to concern about, overall a good stopping area.

Good spaces and level parking but spoiled by the noise from Butlins and car/bikes racing up and down. Very busy traffic and people wise, and toilets nearby were terrible.. Other than that good 4G, 10 mins walk from Morrisons and Lidl, 15 mins from Poundland and Co-op, we struggled to find decent food on bank holiday weekend (avoid The Hairy Dog!) but I assume better quality places usually open.

Bord de mer et gratuit que demander de plus ? Juste un bémol à cause de l animation de certains estivants jusque 22h, un peu de circulation, et on entend la sono du chapiteau mais tout cela est très supportable. Et une nuit calme.

Great spot to stay on the seafront. However, there are so many places along the bay you're spoilt for choice. We stayed at the eastern end, which was very quiet. Plenty of public toilets along the seafront. Parking ranges from £5.90 to £6.60 for 24 hours.

No facilities only small bins. Great access to the beach but everyones seems to have failed to mention the free entertainment courtesy of Butlins!!!!

great spot. tho in Dec there's no noise issues. seems like fair few parked cars, lights on and movement inside. not really sure what the deal was but they kept themselves to themselves. I was the only overnight van. pretty stormy and windy but all in all a good night rest.

Parking face à la mer permettant de passer la nuit sans frais. Calme si le parc d’attraction qui est à 100 mètres n’est pas en activité ce qui a été notre cas. Bel endroit recommandé.

Absolutely awful experience. We parked up fine (had to park across bays as our vehicle is 8m+). Noise from Butlin’s immediately behind the seafront parking until 10pm. Quietened down for about 15 minutes, and then a large group of young lads descended on the promenade. They were shouting and banged on our motorhome door. We left at midnight as did not feel safe at all. No police presence.

parfait pour visite le la ville en journée et nuit très calme .Avec mon 7.5m je me suis mis dans le Parking en front de mer sur les places du fond , celles en épi.Le tarif est de 6,6£ pour 24h.J'etais seul a dormir mais personne n'est venu me déloger,en plus un dimanche soir. Belle balade le long de plage , jusqu'au port.

Great place to stay the night, no signs saying you can't sleep the night, unsure what the other reviewer was on about! Little bit of noise from the Butlins park and a few lads in cars but nothing to write home about. Would recommend the far end (away from the main butlins entrance).

Signage says no over night parking so didn’t bother.
