(LV-2012) Jūrmala - Dūņu ceļš

Great, yet isolated place. a super nice round trail too to embrace what this region has to offer. We even saw a snake swallowing some kind of small rodent. Beautiful nature, has a birdwatching tower and nearby villages offer nice and cosy country style caffe's and even some fine dining if you are into that. The local icecream (sold out of a food truck by a house) was great too.

superbe endroit, magnifique, pourrait être idyllique mais.... Nuages de moustique le soir et le matin, impossible de rester dehors. des visiteurs le soir, une voiture à minuit, une voiture à 2h du matin. il fument derrière le Van et parlent pendant 1h. un pêcheur arrive à 5h30 du matin pour mettre sa barque à l'eau. perdu au milieu de nul part avec nos deux enfants, la nuit a été angoissante.

Beautiful place. Spent a quiet night.

Came here around 11pm and were alone. at 2am the first car came and stayed until 4am and at 3am a second car came for 10min. I would not stay here again. was kind of creepy in the middle of the forest.

beaucoup de passage en soirée jusque 23h00, minuit. Le reste de la nuit a été calme . N'hésitez pas à mettre le réveil au lever du soleil, il est splendide

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit, au calme même si le parking est vraiment beaucoup frequent. Très beau spot.

Netter Platz in schöner Umgebung im Wald. Sogar mit offizieller Lagerfeuerstelle. Der See hat aber dermaßen nach faulen Eiern gestunken, das wir nach einer Stunde wieder gefahren sind.

Schöne Umgebung, toller Ausblick, sogar SAT-Empfang. Ich stand die ganze Nacht alleine - jederzeit wieder werde ich dort übernachten.

Nice place. Okay for parking. Access for middle size campervan is okay. We spent the night there. Lots of people coming even during the night. Noisy. Music. Wouldn’t sleep there again

Plätzchen hat uns sehr gefallen. Ein Stern abzug weil man nicht Baden kann/soll und weil doch einige Leute immer wieder herkamen. Waren aber alle ruhig, schauten sich den steg kurz an oder liefen den schönen Pfad durch den Wald und gingen dann wieder. In der Nacht war es ruhig. Der see ist sehr idyllisch und ja es hat viele Mücken.

Beautiful spot. Beach not suitable from swimming. Very peaceful otherwise.

Netter Platz. Jedoch viel los wegen des Aussichtturms.

Great place to stay the night. We and 3 other cars stayed the night. Plenty of space for all of us. Did some fishing. Not a place to swim, bottom looks muddy, also there is a sulfur well and makes some smell but only near the side, viewing place. Our camper 3.15m and also there was a big campingtruck from Swizerland there.

Парковка на берегу озера, скамейки, столик, место для костра, смотровая вышка для наблюдения за птицами, тут же тропы для хайкинга.

Absolutely great spot for night and the day. It's super tranquil, you can observe birds and enjoy the lake view for you. It's not popular for swimming I guess that is why also on Sunday none here. You can make fire in a prepared place. Excellent

Après 2km de chemin environ, à travers la forêt, vous arrivez à ce lieu. Calme, en pleine nature au bord du lac d'où l'on peut observer les oiseaux depuis le ponton et la tour. Pas de services, une poubelle. Quelques moustiques en cette période. Nous étions seuls pour passer la nuit !

Sólo para campers con poca altura, hay árboles bajos en el camino. No pudimos llegar

Nice quiet place.

Ort ganz nett. See ist leider nicht zum Baden. Da ein Aussichtsturm vorhanden ist, kommen einige Parkbesucher u Radler vorbei - auch wenn es nur für ein paar Minuten ist. Auch spätabends u sogar nachts noch ein frequentierter Ort.

Amazing place. it has a tower overlooking the lake which makes a great spot for picnic. flat and good access. lots of mosquitoes at nite

A nice spot next to a lake. It's in the middle of a fen. If you want to make a fire you should better bring some dry wood with you ;)
