Our quiet parking area is located directly by the river, just a 10-minute walk from the old town. The flat, gravel surface ensures comfort, and shopping options such as a bakery, butcher, supermarket, and hardware store are nearby. A convenient online bread service is also available. The parking area consists of 21 marked spaces and is managed by Goethe-Camping. Check-in is easy via a QR code, but the site manager also comes by in the mornings and evenings to collect payment. The disposal of grey water and chemical toilets is simple and clean. There are no toilets or showers available. Enjoy the peaceful location and proximity to the town!

Here we run a small horse farm with (clear) horses, llamas and chickens. On our meadow there is enough space for your stay near the Moselle, Hunsrück and Eifel. We offer you 2 fully equipped heated bathrooms incl. fresh water and waste disposal. In addition, fresh eggs, honey, bread rolls and wine/beer can be purchased on site. You are very welcome. You can check the availability of the pitches on our website and book them directly. You can also arrive without a reservation and see if a pitch is still available. The "Zum Grubengeist" motorhome area will reopen on September 20, 2025, with Danny and Christian as managers. The creation date shown on park4night, September 29, 2018 (which I entered), is incorrect and park4night cannot change it. Upon arrival, please do not use the street "An der Dampfmühle." You will arrive in a residential area. Please see the photo of the entrance. Payment is simple: drop off an envelope at the "Kohlebunker" or pay in advance for reservations. Arrival: Arrivals are possible every day from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. You will find a site map under the "Book Now" button. Choosing your pitch: Select an available, marked pitch and park your vehicle respecting the markings on the ground and without obstructing neighboring pitches. Always maneuver carefully. Departure: Please leave the campsite before noon on your departure day. On Sundays, you can stay until 6:00 PM, unless the pitch is already reserved. For any departure from Monday to Saturday before 6:00 PM, a €5 surcharge will apply. Late departures will incur an additional charge for the night. Late departures are only possible if the pitch is not reserved. If you are looking for peace and quiet, Grubengeist is the perfect place. Here, you can sleep soundly. Let's go! Open the gate, enter, close it, choose your preferred pitch, and enjoy your day. If you wish, you can park in the paved area at the front, after the gate, or at the back, on the gravel/grass between the hedges, and watch the rabbits frolic.
