Our paradise lies nestled in the heart of the lush Umbrian countryside, at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by nature. We enjoy breathtaking views of the Umbrian landscape, a lake, and a large swimming pool. With a bit of luck, you might see and hear cows or our neighbors' sheep grazing in our meadows. In autumn, truffle hunters and their dogs come to our property in search of the prized truffles. Our property encompasses nearly 9 hectares, bordered on one side by a stream. We have a small lake that feeds our pool, and in early summer, countless water lilies bloom on its surface. At night, on clear nights, you'll be treated to a breathtaking starry sky, and in June, fireflies dance across the meadows. Here, the foxes and hares truly bid each other goodnight, and if you're lucky, you might even spot deer. We would love to share this paradise for a few days with friendly people who appreciate nature and look forward to some wonderful conversations. Popular destinations for day trips include Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia and Arezzo, all of which can be reached in just under 45 minutes by car.
