(5743) Krimml - Gerlos Straße

Great spot for a night, the place is very clean and you get to enjoy beautiful views. It is quite tricky to find a flat spot, but not impossible. Only downside is that there are no trash cans or fresh water, but we can still highly recommend it:)

Wir haben auf dem ganzen Platz keine gerade Fläche gefunden. Sehr schöne Aussicht, wir sind spät abends gekommen und morgens früh aufgestanden, hatten keine Probleme. Ist aber wirklich direkt an der Strasse, ist die ganze Nacht auch immer wieder was los. Fühlt sich nicht sehr gemütlich an, jede Menge Fliegen.

Der Platz ist oberhalb von der Stadt auf einem Berg. Bei uns war dort grade eine Baustelle wegen Forstarbeit, weswegen nur die Hälfte der Fläche verfügbar, was trotzdem relativ groß ist. man kann dort gemütlich, in Ruhe und mit einer schönen Aussicht stehen. Leider keine Mülleimer oder Toiletten. Trotzdem zu empfehlen.

Waren hier Ende September für eine Nacht mit dem Auto, war ruhig und entspannt. Es fahren relativ lang Autos auf der Passstraße und auch relativ früh wieder. Zudem gibt es keinen Mülleimer. Die Aussicht auf den Wasserfall ist dafür aber unbezahlbar!

Endroit avec une excellente vue et calme la nuit ! Cependant un peu sale dans la verdure alentour … Veuillez à partir avec vos déchets pour plus de plaisir car c’est un super endroit !

Ein wirklich super schöner Platz zum schlafen. Tagsüber ist relativ viel los, aber gegen Abend wird es ruhig. Auch die Straße hat nicht gestört. Man sollte nur wissen das man davor Maut zahlen muss (bei uns 11€).

Really nice place to stay for one night. For free. We were there alone. Amazing view. It’s a bit busy at the morning but still morning with this view.. worth it.

Lay-by on the main road from/to the Krimml waterfalls. Nice for a quick stop but don’t think it’s a good overnight. Much better spots nearby.

Nice rest stop, there are some tables and a great view! We stayed for the night.

Wir waren hier ende April für eine Nacht mit unserem Alkoven und hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht. Die Anfahrt ist zwar Spritraubend aber das nimmt man für diesen Stellplatz gerne in Kauf.

Spot with a fantastic views, few wooden tables, otherwise no services. Few cars passing during the night, but pretty busy in the morning.

Top Platz ohne Service aber dafür grandioser Aussicht, wir haben dort eine Nacht ohne irgendwelche Probleme verbracht! :) genügend Picknick-Tische verfügbar, also ja kein Camping verhalten zeigen und Tische und Stühle im Auto lassen!!!

Must be one of the most beautiful places I stayed. The view is spectacular, no one here at night, cars start to drive around 6 so it didn’t bother me be to woke up for the sunrise. No services. Just small trash bin. There was one place a little before that maybe would be more flat, and the view is very similar but i didn’t wanna drive down anymore.

Dobre miejsce na jedną noc, cicho, ruch zaczyna się około 6 rano więc długo nie pospałem nikt mnie nie niepokoił nie dopisała pogoda ale i tak świetny widok z rana

Strávili jsme zde jednu noc v autě a můžu doporučit. Je zde klid, krásný výhled i místa k sezení. Nejsou zde ale toalety ani odpadkové koše. Místo je také vysoko, takže je tam poměrně chladno. Ale na jednu noc rozhodně doporučuju!

Hatten hier eine ruhige Nacht mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht am Morgen.

Sehr schöner Platz mit Bänken und Stühlen wir sind auf der Durchfahrt hier steht allerdings ein Wohnmobil schon über Nacht die gerade hier frühstücken mit Blick auf den wasserfall.

Great view of the falls to wake up to, we were skeptical about spending the night in high season but it was fine, no one bothered us. Terrain is not exactly flat. Just down the road was another parking place that seemed flatter and with similar view so it might be worth checking out.

La vue est sûrement belle, mais la route est payante (9,80 € pour la traverser). Nous avons fait demi-tour.
