The campsite with a view! Beautifully located on a peninsula in Skjerstadfjord, just 3 km from Fauske. Midnight sun in summer, northern lights in winter – with sea views on both sides, hiking, fishing, and a natural swimming spot nearby. We are located high up on a peninsula stretching out into the Skjerstadfjord, just outside Fauske. From the campsite you have sea views on both sides, and a beautiful view down towards the town center, only 3 km away. Just a few hundred meters from the site you’ll find a nice swimming spot with smooth rocks reaching into the water. The campsite is surrounded by beautiful nature with many hiking trails, and there are several great fishing spots only minutes away.

RiverNorth rafting and campground along the Asuter-Vefsna river. There are fishing spots, swimming spots, a hot-tub for rent, multiple fire places, and possibility for electricity. The company offers Family rafting and Adult rafting among other activities. Please note that there is no free parking overnight in parking lot, also not by the outdoor museum. Paid overnight stay is the only option.

Velfjord Panorama RV camp located approx. 15 minutes from Brønnøysund and 5 minutes from RV17, on the hillside overlooking the fjord. We offer 30 exclusive pitches each with a private lawn. Some of the places are made for extra long(9-15m) and heavy vehicles. Or a caravan. You can also pitch a tent. You can fish from the rock/breakwater or book a guided fishing trip (4hrs, equipment provided) to go sea fishing. You can also rent a boat (min 3 days) - we are a registered fish camp - contact us for detailed information on package! Or you can book a fjord sightseeing (2hrs) to see the fish farms and how people lived of old. Velfjordskyss also takes you across the fjord to Lomsdal-Visten National Park, where it is possible to go hiking on your own or with our guide. The facilities are modern and up-to-date with WC, shower, laundry room with washing machine/dryer and separate septic tank drainage. There is also a coffee machine, Weber grill and fire pit all provided. Now there is also Sauna for rent! The host, who speaks German, has many suggestions for trips, or can help with filleting fish. The mascot Rocco welcomes all guests and is particularly interested in making new four-legged friends.
