gpaDunedin01/06/2026Great spot - exactly what's needed. Bays specifically for MH, modest overnight charge and close to amenities (shopping center just 5mins walk way) with toilet block open 10am - 4pm.
Lizzyn1029/05/2026We only used the toilet emptying facilities which were exceptionally clean and a great service, wish there were more places like this in the UK. We were there about 6.30pm and did notice there were 2 cars parked in bays marked for motorhomes.

This would have been a lovely stop over. Marked out bays,toilets during the day and toilet disposal for a charge of £3. Also really nice walks around the park and not too far to walk to shops etc. Not sure if we were just unlucky as it was bank holiday weekend but lots of cars coming and going during the night car doors slamming and loud music. Eventually they all left about 4.30am.

Immaculate chemical waste disposal. Pay at the ticket machine and choose the right option, ticket prints with code on. We’ll managed and easy to use.

park4night86014/09/2025Great level car park with plenty space allocated between the 4 bays. Unfortunately, cars often park in these spaces until dark, even though plenty of allocated car spaces are empty. There's 1 toilet left open for motorhome use overnight. New toilets opened in June 2025 and kept very clean. The park has many walks. Busy road at back of parking, but no issues. Will come back here to stay again.

We just used the CDP. It's the cleanest one we've ever used. easy to buy a ticket for the code. Would definitely use again if in the area.

Sitio muy agradable, con baños publicos muy limpios y una zona verde con parque alrededor. Tiene para vaciar aguas negras por 3 Libras. No he pasado la noche allí pero tiene buena pinta.

Toilettes gratuites, et vidange de wc pour 3£. Et à côté d’un parc pour enfant énorme avec aire de jeux (la meilleure du monde d’après les miens) skate Park et cross

Small car park, very busy, consequently cars were occupying all motorhome spaces. Spaces standard car size. Pointless.

excellent for emptying toilet and tap inside for non drinking water. over night spaces opposite park. road noise from rear of parking overnight but not as bad as some sites I've stayed on fife council need praising spot on

Fantastic new facilities in the heart of the town. Very clean. Town centre a short walk away. beautiful park for walks. Massive bonus having a chemical waste drop
