geoSPOT: Welcome to Finca la Loma! In the heart of nature, less than 15min from the city centre of Almansa, you can find Finca la Loma. After the summer of 2025 we opened our land to campers to spend the night or a couple of nights. We offer a peaceful place where you can move around freely to explore which spot you’d like best. Our land is partly fenced and unpaved, which means you’ll get to enjoy the nature surrounding our land. Find a spot that suits you best, whether you prefer to park in the sun or shade. You can enjoy the views around our land, since we live on a hill (Loma, in Spanish) and you can enjoy a great view on El Mugrón. The sunrise and sunset are gorgeous and you’d be able to watch them if you’d like. Don’t hesitate to ask us if you’re not sure where to have the best views, we’re happy to help you find the best spot. We have a full kitchen you’re welcome to use, including cups, plates, pans, etc. We only ask you to leave the place as you found it or leave a small contribution if you’re unable to clean whatever you used. On sunny days - which is most days - we’re able to offer electricity for a small fee. Our toilet and shower are still in construction, so for the time being our guests will have to use their own. If you’d like to, we can wash your clothes for a small fee. Our house and backyard border the land and usually one of us is there to answer all your questions, so don’t hesitate to contact us! The road to our Finca is paved up until the last 100/150 meters. The last part is safe to drive, but be aware that it's a bit rocky, so drive carefully. Since our land is surrounded by nature, please don’t expect to be able to go to a lot of places by foot. The Santuario de Belén and the Pantano de Almansa are worth a visit, and if you enjoy long walks, they’re doable by foot (Santuario about 30/40 minutes one way, Pantano about an hour). In Almansa you’ll find several supermarkets, trainconnections to Valencia and Albacete, a hospital, options to bring your garbage, a place to dispose of your gray and black water and refill your clean water. Benissuera has a Punt Net (waste disposal point) subsidized by the Valencian Generalitat, where grey and black water can be emptied and refilled for €4 per day. Town hall staff are responsible for collecting the fee for using the campervan site. Electricity hook-ups are available for €3 using tokens, which can be purchased at the town hall from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and on Wednesday afternoons until 7:00 PM. Tokens are also available at the town bar (which is busiest on weekends), where, in addition to good service and a pleasant atmosphere, you can sample the best dishes made with local products. Next to the site are paelleros (pastry stands) with picnic tables. The parking area is located next to a symbolic spot in the municipality, the Bellús Reservoir, from which numerous hiking and cycling trails begin. The area not only offers the opportunity to explore this beautiful setting on foot or by bicycle, but is also very well connected to the city, allowing you to take a short walk to the city center to discover its rich heritage. Among other local gems, visitors can admire the Church of San José and the Bellevís Palace, a monumental building currently undergoing restoration, built around a central courtyard that incorporates the remains of a medieval defensive tower.

AREA NATUR PLAYA, a new motorhome park located 600 meters from the beach, offers all amenities nearby, including a supermarket, restaurants, and sports activities. A tram station is 750 meters away, allowing you to travel anywhere in Alicante. Pitches are 9 to 15 meters long and 5 to 7 meters wide. Choose your favorite pitch. All pitches have an optional electrical hookup, only if needed. 7A: €4.50 and 10A: €6. Some pitches also have water. Free services for our guests: hot showers, 5G Wi-Fi, water filling and emptying, laundry, picnic area, and barbecue. Some pitches are shaded. We have a laundry room, and washing machines and dryers are available for €4 each. Pets are welcome.
