Peaceful and sheltered, with magnificent views, Berunes Farm is a wonderful campsite. Open from May 1st through October! Also a HI Hostel with great breakfast (bookable May - September). Local craft beer at the bar. An excellent restaurant (open June - August ). 3 WC, 1 shower, a small but super equipped kitchen (stovetop, kettle, toaster, cutlery, ...), an outdoor sink, a recycling area, a gray and black water drain, water for the campervan's tanks, free Wi-Fi, a Freeshelf, a hairdryer, and a washer/dryer. Electricity for up to 12 cars. The hosts invite you to park at the campsite, then check in at the reception desk in front of the little church. NOTE: In May and October: reception has limited opening hours, use the Parka App for payment and your host will come and see you. The hike to Mt Berunestindur (750m) is marked and starts at the campsite.
