Parking pour visiter un lieu maori, à l’écart de la route et où il n’y a pas de panneau contrindiquant le stationnement de nuit. Vue partielle sur les montagnes. Réseau téléphonique faible voire inexistant. Une cabine de toilette sèche vétuste mais qui existe. J’y ai passé une nuit en tant que voyageuse solo et je me suis sentie à l’aise avec une autre voiture (autre femme solo). Calme. Il y a une barrière ouverte en permanence au début de l’accès.
Parking for visiting a Maori site, away from the road and with no signs prohibiting overnight parking. Partial view of the mountains. Poor or non-existent phone reception. An outdated dry toilet cabin, but it exists. I spent one night there as a solo female traveler and felt comfortable with another car (another solo female). Quiet. There is a permanently open gate at the beginning of the access.
Parken für den Besuch einer Maori-Stätte, abseits der Straße und wo kein Schild das Parken über Nacht verbietet. Teilweiser Blick auf die Berge. Schlechtes oder nicht vorhandenes Telefonnetz. Eine alte, aber noch vorhandene Trockentoilettenkabine. Ich habe als alleinreisende Frau eine Nacht dort verbracht und fühlte mich mit einem anderen Auto (einer anderen alleinreisenden Frau) wohl. Ruhig. Zu Beginn der Zufahrt befindet sich eine ständig geöffnete Schranke.

Red telefónica deficiente o inexistente. Una cabina de baño seca antigua, pero existente. Me alojé aquí por una noche como mujer que viaja sola y me sentí cómoda con otro auto (otra mujer sola). Calma. Al inicio del acceso hay una barrera permanentemente abierta.

it’s a quiet spot of the main road to park up, but there is absolutely zero phone signal there, and the mosquitoes were horrendous hahahha!! i had all my doors and windows shut and hundreds were sneaking in still. there is a dry long-drop toilet which is a plus! but it is very old and creepy haha
Parking calme entouré de bois, près d'un lac avec plein d'oiseaux. Petite table de pique-nique un peu plus loin sur le chemin. Toilettes sèches fonctionnelles. Pas de réseau 3G/4G ni téléphonique. Beaucoup de places sur le parking.
