Great spot for a quick stop over. Quiet night, floodlights are turned off overnight. Next to a train line and the trains do run until late so if your insulation isn't great it could keep you awake. Supermarket open until 10pm and great cafe/bakery over the road open early. No signs or prohibitions that we could see. We were the only van there after the supermarkets closed.
