Remarques importantes pour les camping-cars et caravanes : Il est interdit de fumer et de faire des barbecues sur la propriété.

Hébergement en mini-maisons (disponibilité limitée) : Nous disposons également de deux mini-maisons avec vue imprenable sur la mer, disponibles pour la nuit.

Accès et situation : Notre propriété se trouve à Söğüt, à 55 km de Marmaris. Elle est à 500 mètres de la route principale par un chemin de terre accessible en voiture. Vous pourrez vous garer à 15 mètres des petites maisons et faire une courte promenade.

Le centre du village et la mer sont à 2 km, avec leurs boutiques, restaurants locaux, pâtisserie, cafés et marché du lundi. Une pharmacie se trouve à environ 500 m du centre du village. Des minibus pour Marmaris sont disponibles.

La côte de Kızılyer (2 km) propose des restaurants de fruits de mer et des locations de bateaux à la journée. Une station-service est à 6 km.

For motorhome and campervan owners, there is a single parking spot available just outside the property entrance, right next to the gate. From this spot, you can also enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the stunning sea views within our expansive property, rich with diverse flora.
By parking your motorhome/campervan here, you'll have access to the property's amenities for a daily fee of €25, which includes parking, electricity, water and wifi usage.

Kindly note that no-smoking and no-barbecue rules also apply to the parking area and the entire land and surrounding.

Whether you choose to stay in a tiny house or utilize the parking spot at the entrance, you'll be surrounded by the beauty of nature on our spacious land, filled with mature trees and fragrant plants.

Access & Location: Our property is in Söğüt, 55 km from Marmaris. It's 500 meters from the main road via a car-accessible dirt road. You'll park 15 meters from the tiny houses and take a short walk.

The village center and sea are 2 km away, offering shops, local restaurants, a patisserie, coffee houses, and a Monday market. A pharmacy is about 500m from the village center. Minibuses to Marmaris are available.

Kızılyer coast (2 km) has seafood restaurants and daily boat rentals. A gasoline station is 6 km away.

Anfahrt & Lage: Unser Anwesen befindet sich in Söğüt, 55 km von Marmaris entfernt. Von der Hauptstraße sind es nur 500 Meter über einen mit dem Auto befahrbaren Feldweg. Sie parken 15 Meter von den Tiny Houses entfernt und können einen kurzen Spaziergang unternehmen.

Das Dorfzentrum und das Meer sind 2 km entfernt. Dort finden Sie Geschäfte, Restaurants, eine Konditorei, Cafés und einen Montagsmarkt. Eine Apotheke befindet sich etwa 500 m vom Dorfzentrum entfernt. Minibusse nach Marmaris stehen zur Verfügung.

An der Küste von Kızılyer (2 km) finden Sie Fischrestaurants und einen Bootsverleih. Eine Tankstelle ist 6 km entfernt.
