As a resident of Rzeszów I can tell you that you won’t be able to park there during weekdays because it’s a parking for nearby offices and factories workers. On weekends it should be accessible, but there might be some traffic coming in and out, specially in good weather since it’s a good starting point for walking and cycling and many more outdoor activities.
I have been watching this car park for a few days. Not available on weekdays. Outside opening hours at weekends the barriers are down, so you have to be careful. I don't know what the are for staying outside opening hours. A good place to relax in silence for a while. Tarmac car park, no facilities. On holiday weekends, the car park is full of local residents' cars.
