Sehr schöner sauberer Campingplatz ca. 5 Fahrminuten vom Zentrum Inverness entfernt. Haben ein Tag vorher gebucht zur Sicherheit,was sich als richtig erwiesen hat und sind eine Nacht geblieben. Duschen und Toiletten sind sehr sauber aber ein wenig eng bemessen und nicht besonders viele Ablagemöglichkeiten. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder

Schön gepflegter Platz. Direkt am Caledonian Kanal. Gelegentlich fährt ein Schiff vorbei und die Drehbrücke wird geöffnet. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen 20 min. Spaziergang entlang des River Ness nach Inverness. 200m vor dem Campingplatz gibt es eine Bushaltestelle für den der lieber fahren möchte. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sanitär sehr sauber.

Il campeggio è bello e pulito. Le piazzole però sono molto piccole. Nota molto negativa: una persona non ben qualificata, decisamente antipatica, ci ha costretti a posizionare il camper come voleva lei, nonostante la piazzola d'angolo consentisse una posizione più consona alle nostre esigenze. Un vero peccato. Ha rovinato senza alcun motivo un giudizio che sarebbe stato positivo.

Netter Campingplatz am Rand von Inverness, ca. ½ Stunde Spaziergang in die Stadt entlang am Fluss. Einrichtungen waren sehr sauber, das Personal sehr nett.

It was nice and clean, and the facilities appear to have been updated. Quiet most of the time. No reception available when I visited, all information was provided in an email. Entrance gate was always open

They dont deserve your custom !made booking online which stated immediate payment was due by bank transfer; made payment and screenshot of transaction. arrived to be told payment had not been received and demanded payment again and if it reached their account we would be refunded within 3days. payment did clear and we have recieved no apology and now saying it will take 14 days to refund. Avoid !

super buen camping y muy recomendable

Camping muy pequeño pero tranquilo, aunque algo caro para lo que es 39£ por 2 personas y una fuegoneta con electricidad (no hay opción sin electricidad) los baños están bien. La ventaja del camping es que puedes ir al pueblo andando aunque no hay gran cosa para ver. La dueña es muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo.

Siamo arrivati a reception già chiusa. Abbiamo inviato un sms a cui hanno risposto prontamente dandoci il numero della piazzola su cui parcheggiare. È stato richiesto subito un bonifico per saldare anticipatamente. Il campeggio è molto piccolo ma ordinato e pulito. Il prezzo adeguato.

Excellent park very close to Inverness. 30 minute walk along the River Ness. Well organised park. Large lawns with light and water. Grey water disposal area easily accessible. Chemical disposal area next to the toilets. Walking path next to the park along the Caledonian Canal excellent for a walk with the dog.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Ein super Campingplatz, tip top saubere und gepflegte Sanitäranlagen. Der Bus ist in der Nähe und Inverness eine schöne Stadt.

We stayed 1 night here but I think it is overpriced for what it is . Facilities basic and gents toilets a bit smelly. It served a purpose but we then moved to the car park over the road and saved ourselves some money

Small camping are, but quiet and a nice 20 minute walk to the city centre. Facilities need a modernization, but cleanliness was okay during our stay. Surprisingly good WiFi.

Good location with 30min walk to City Centre. Camp Site is nice and simple. Checkin after 1pm but when we arrived in the afternoon the reception was closed by a sign „Out for lunch“. Toilette and showers are ok, a bit old but clean. Water was hot! Dishwashing room needs renovation. Check out is at 11:30. Unfortunately the bathrooms are closed at 10:30 for a cleaning time. This could be done later.

A nice campsite within walking distance of the city centre and next to the canal. Facilities were nice and it wasn’t noisy. Pitches were big. It’s a shame the food shack outside which is owned by the campsite wasn’t open due.

Nice park by the river. There was no space left on the hard standing, but the grass was better as it is well drained and the spaces are bigger. There needs to be more explanation as to how to park infront of your number & not the lines. The toilets became filthy fast and one blocked, leaving 2 ladies for the whole park. Bathrooms need modernising. Clean until thoughtless people use them.

Tidy park located around a half hour walk via a beautiful river track. All required services. Helpful guy at reception.

Toller Platz in super Lage. Sanitäreinrichtungen tadellos. Sehr freundlich. Mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt, ca. 7 Minuten bis zu einem tollen Bäcker. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sauberer Campingplatz mit freundlichem Personal. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so zum übernachten braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind am besten bei Anreise oder Abreise anzufahren. Eine Bushaltestelle bietet die Möglichkeit touristische Ziele zu erreichen.

Nice and clean camping. All services available. The restaurant is open only until 8pm. After that, no one on the reception neither any other place, auto check in if you arrive later than that.

Good campsite for visiting Inverness We had a hardstanding pitch with electricity. Free wifi We didn't use the facilities on site ( we usually use ours). We only needed to dispose the chemical toilet ( it has a code). Easy access, close bus station into the center Easy and fast check in with booking

Lovely little site, easy to find, very easy to pitch up. Reception open until 8pm after that there is a board with names and pitch numbers so you can find your spot. Right next to the river.

Booked on the phone and got turned away when we got there. It was the start of the Highland Games and so spaces at other campsites were very limited, so they really put us out.

Für uns zu viert mit zwei Bullis perfekt. Keine Reservierung erforderlich. Platz ist sehr gepflegt, unkompliziert, ruhig - bis auf die Möwen-, Sanitär sehr sauber. Alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren begeistert.

Great site! Good location, modern and spotlessly clean toilet and shower facilities. Peaceful, close to river walks down the canal and into nearby parks. Run by a very friendly family and we will definately stay again.

Wir durften nicht entleeren und auffüllen trotz vorherigem Anruf inklusive Abfrage wann wir kommen dürfen. Allgemein soll es anscheinend gehen aber bei uns nicht. Leider wurden wir auch relativ unhöflich rausgeschmissen.

Ein super Platz, die Toiletten immer sehr sauber. Service wird hier groß geschrieben. Die drei am Empfang sind sehr nett und versuchen ihren Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Lippen zu lesen. Z. B. schenkten sie uns mal eben ein Kabel zu Laden unseres ipads. Wenn es möglich wäre, 6 Sterne zu vergeben: von uns würde sie die bekommen. Alles top! Daher fahrt hin.

Camping très bien tenu. Les gérants sont très sympathiques et attentionnés. Ils nous ont très bien aidés et soutenus pendant la semaine passée alors que nous avions un problème d'embrayage défaillant. Grand merci à eux.

Camping très bien entretenu ! 30£ pour 3 adultes et l’électricité, vu les locaux cela me semble justifié. Accueil très chaleureux et agréable, pas trop de monde, ils nous ont mis à un emplacement où nous étions tranquille sans personne à côté.

Sehr sauberer und ordentlicher Campingplatz. Mit einem Preis von 27£(Van, 2 Erwachsene) war alles inbegriffen, Grau/-Schwarz Wasser, Frischwasser, Strom und WLAN. Zusätzlich die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber die immer vorort sind. Eine Empfehlung, wenn man in der Nähe von Inverness einen Platz braucht.

Wir waren am 24.08.22 dort. Nicht besonders schön, aber Stadtnah. Hat alles was man braucht.

Gepflegte Anlage mit freundlichem Empfang für 27,-. V&E gut zugänglich, Sanitärgebäude o.k. , aber keine Stecker für Fön etc. Zum Zentrum besser Rad oder Bus, am Fluss schöne Radwege.

Great, clean park. Right on the Caledonian canal. Easy walk to town via Ness Islands. Try Johnny Johnny Fox in town if you’re vegan it’s amazing.

Ce camping est charmant et comme dans toute l’ecosse, un accueil irréprochable. Les sanitaires et tous les espaces communs sont très propres. Une pièce équipée de 2 machine à laver et 1 lavabo pour le linge. Nous avons payé 34£. Nous sommes à 30mn du centre ville d’Inverness et l’occasion de faire les courses. Un bel endroit pour récupérer et mieux repartir, merci de tous les avis précédents !

Litterally crammed as many spots on this site as possible. You are quite literally on top of each other. Hopefully no one else gets spot 10. Showers toilets decided to be cleaned at 8am what a ridiculous time. Queues of people waiting. After clean there was still hair and human feces on the toilet walls. £36 far too expensive. 3 stars for the food van at the entrance.

Nice camping in close neighborhood of Inverness center. Only 25-30min walk via river island. Reception manager Alan is lovely and helped us with all our needs, we even could set up our awning while this was not allowed officially. Camping is close to a opening bridge so once in a while the alarms will go but not annoying. Great for visiting Inverness!

Camping bondé en ce week-end de Highland Games. Pas de place sans réservation. Pour les arrivées tardives, les noms et emplacements sont affichés à l'accueil. Les places "hard standing" pour camping-cars sont une seule et même bande de gravier, sans aucune séparation des emplacements. Il y a bien une aire de vidange des eaux usées avec caniveau. Elle est directement à côté de l'emplacement 20.

Attention mauvaise adresse !! La bonne adresse est : Glenurquhart Rd. Très beau camping ! Sanitaires neufs. L’accueil du camping est ouvert jusqu’à 21h. Personnel sympa. À 30 min à pied du centre ville d’Inverness. Nous avons payé 25£ pour un van et 2 personnes. Inclus : douches, wifi, électricité.

Prato tenuto bene, ma spazio tra camper il giusto necessario. Servizi igienici presenti e anche lavandini per lavare le stoviglie, ma sotto gli standard di altri posti camper. La pulizia dei bagni non ė eccellente. Silenzioso nonostante la strada vicina.

Las instalaciones del camping son buenas, baños limpios, zona de hierva muy mantenida. Pongo dos estrellas porque no tiene forma de descargar aguas grises para autocaravanas. En recepcion te dicen que si hay, la realidad es que para poderlo hacer tendrias que usar un recipiente para ir llevandolo poco a poco a un agujero jisto debajo del grifo de agua limpia. Sistema solo pensado para caravanas.

Tous les services sont présents mais ne pas s'attendre aux services d'un grand camping. 1 seule machine à laver (jeton à l'accueil), 1 sèche-linge (à pièce) et 1 seul évier pour la vaisselle. Accueil jusqu'à 18h00. Sommes arrivés et installés après et payé le lendemain (25 € sans elect).

Easy walk into the town and well maintained, clean facilities. Access to the canal which made for a lovely morning run. The takeaway cafe is good and has vegan options. Good proximity to other local attractions, so it’s a very practical spot but not necessarily a very beautiful one! It feels quite cramped as all the pitches are quite close together. Was great for one night as a pit stop.

Awesome cafe just opened at the entrance to the site, open 8 till 8, which you can order from then have it DELIVERED to your pitch!!!

Le camping est propre, les places sur herbe. Il y a tous les services et le wifi gratuit. Point négatif : pas loin de la route, un peu bruyante. Point positif : pas loin d'Inverness. On y est allé à pied et à vélo par des pistes cyclables.
