The room is still under construction. There is electricity, cassette disposal, and non-potable water. The operator is very helpful and friendly. The location is surrounded by lemon groves. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling. The hiking area begins right behind the estate. Unforgettable routes, landscapes of the Algeciras Dam, featured in National Geographic in August 2024 as some of the most beautiful. Going shopping in Librilla, for example by bicycle, is no problem at all. The GPS has 3 routes to get there; the post office route is the best, as the other 2 are difficult. I'm in the countryside, and I'm trying to give that impression.

In a natural setting, just 2 km from the access to the Mediterranean Highway, about 10 km from Murcia capital and only 1.5 km from the town of Alcantarilla. We have pet washing facilities, a self-laundry, a light point on each plot, shaded spaces, 24-hour surveillance, a bus stop next to the area, and emptying of grey and black water. In front of the Area, we have a Restaurant and Shop with Murcian products with opening hours from Monday to Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. and Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays from 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Also in front of the Area, we have a HOTEL where users of the Area have the right to a bathroom and showers for €2.50.
