To the rear of the pitches is a private, fully fenced garden, ideal for dogs, which opens directly onto a large dog-walking field. Friendly alpacas and goats roam a separate field and guests are welcome to feed them. The setting is surrounded by lush countryside with open views in all directions, and sunsets across Morecambe Bay are particularly special. Well located for exploring Lancaster and Blackpool, and a must-visit is the local brewery Farm Yard Brew – around a 20-minute walk away (busy roadside then bridlepath) Please note: there is no direct access to the beach or sea from the site (access is a short drive away). The nearby road can be busy for walking, so care is advised. Facilities include: • Single wet-room with shower and toilet • Pub pod in the field with TV, drinks fridge, log burner and darts board for all to enjoy Bus stop outside the property for access to Knott End On Sea or into the nearest City of Lancaster, Uber taxis also available along with Uber Eats. Lovely little dog friendly, Adults Only (18 year & Over), campsite in the Clackmannanshire countryside in central Scotland. Fantastic views over the Ochil hills and farmland. Our 8 large, hardstanding pitches are open all year round (except January) with private water, Gray water disposal and electrical connection on each pitch. There are heated toilets, black water disposal, recycle area, free WiFi, washing up sink,10 kWhs of electricity (more can be purchased if required) and use of pit stop, all included in the pitch fee. Many things to do and visit in this region of Scotland. Stirling, Falkirk, Fife, Glasgow and Edinburgh are very easy drives as the campsite is close to the main north and south roads. PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately the postcode will not take you the campsite please type "Highland Gateway Clackmannan" into Google maps to find us. The only vehicle access is from the villages of Kincardine or Clackmannan, no vehicle access from the village of Kennet this is a walking right of way only. The road from Kincardine is Hawkhill Rd and the road from Clackmannan is Lookaboutye Brae.
