würden immer wieder kommen! das besitzer*innen paar ist super lieb, brachten uns am morgen ein frischgebackenes warmes brot und es ist alles sehr sauber und unsere hunde durften sogar ohne leine rumwuseln weil wir alleine waren. feuerholz gab es auch noch ein bisschen.

Ein Platz und Dorf in Rumänien, das man sehen sollte. Alles voll authentisch und liebevoll hergerichtet. Die Anfahrt mit 800 Metern groben Schotters ist nicht ganz ohne, aber auch mit Camper (6,5m) machbar. Duschen/Toiletten alles fein, einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt - es gibt nur ein Herren-WC (plus Urinal). Aber das freundliche und bemühte Betreiberpaar macht das alles wett. Sein Brot ist genial!
Camping bonito y acogedor en plena naturaleza. Las instalaciones están muy limpias. El responsable es muy amable, y hacen pan casero muy rico que puedes encargar el día anterior y te lo dejan a la mañana en tu parcela.
Camping magnifique, nous avons été très bien reçus en anglais et en français. On nous a fourni un dépliant avec une carte du village (superbe et très traditionnel) avec de nombreuses adresses où manger chez l’habitant et les activités autour. L’endroit est très paisible et authentique.
Hele leuke gezellige camping. Nederlandse eigenaar die zelf bier brouwt en brood bakt. Leuke, schattige traditionele huisjes in het dorp en de camping. Dorp is ook heel leuk en genoeg te doen. Hier moet je heen!

The camp is run by two wonderful people. They pay attention to every detail to make guests feel comfortable. The camp is incredibly natural, and has all the necessary facilities. It also has a great website with lots of useful information about what to visit in the village of Breb and the surrounding area. They baked us homemade bread for breakfast. They also make their own craft beer.
Sehr schöner Platz am Rande eines traditionellen Dorfes. Von einigen Stellplätzen aus kann man über das Tal bis in Bergkette in der Ukraine blicken. Ein Traum von Aussicht. Fast wie Wildcamping, mit den Annehmlichkeiten eines Campingplatzes. Bram und Ema wohnen auf dem Gelände in einem rustikalen Holzhaus, helfen bei allen Anliegen und sitzen auch gerne abends mit ihren Gästen am Lagerfeuer.

Wonderful and quiet campsite. The owners are very helpful and kind. The road is unpaved for the last 750 meters, a bit difficult but we got there without any problems with a 7m camper. The facilities are clean and have a place to dump black and grey water. The breads, the homemade jams and craft beer are amazing.
Proprietario olandese gentile e disponibile. Campeggio agreste difficilissimo da raggiungere quale che sia l’abilità del guidatore. La strada è sterrata e stretta per circa un km. Nel camping il fondo è di pietrisco e abbiamo rischiato di impantanarci con un van di 6.40. Piazzole assolutamente digradanti. Sconsigliato per van, profilati e mansardati che non siano 4x4. Noi siamo andati via.

Erg sfeervolle camping, met veel oog voor details. Fijne ontvangst, met op papier de leuke dingen die je in de omgeving kan gaan doen. Breb is een mooi authentiek dorpje. Lekker gegeten bij de buren van de camping. Bereik van de camping is prima te doen met buscamper.
Sehr angenehmer Campingplatz in sehr schöner Landschaft am Rande eines Dorfes mit viel Landwirtschaft. Sehr freundlicher niederländischer Betreiber. Auf Wunsch täglich frisch gebackenes Brot, Waschmaschine. Saubere Sanitäranlagen. Fahrradausflüge und Wanderungen in die Umgebung direkt vom Campingplatz aus möglich.
Een dorp uit een plaatje. Via een grindweg, prima te doen. Voor de supergrote campers, vanaf 7 m, is een bochtje te lastig. Sfeer is heel leuk. Sanitaire prima. Eigen kampvuur, zelf hout sprokkelen in het bos of kopen bij Bram, de eigenaar. Veel wandelingen mogelijk, leuk contact met plaatselijke bevolking.
Un extraordinario camping en un pueblo precioso en medio del campo, muchas excursiones por los alrededores y visitas a las iglesias de madera. El camino de llegada es de grava compactada, pero despacio no hay ningún problema. Panecillos por la mañana recién hechos. Vinimos por un día y nos hemos quedado tres. 24€ camper 6m, dos personas y electricidad.
Wunderschöner Campingplatz beim Dorf Breb. Zum Frühstück gibt es Emmas tolles Brot. Die Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit, als wir uns festgefahren hatten, hat uns Bram unkompliziert geholfen den Bulli wieder frei zu nehmen. Breb ist ein wunderschöner Ort in dem es alles gibt um ein paar entspannter Tag zu verbringen.
Geweldige plek, zeer behulpzame eigenaar. Geweldig dorp, waar de tijd heeft stilgestaan. Prachtige omgeving. Goed te bereiken als je de bordjes naar de camping volgt.
Super schöner Campingplatz am Rande des Dorfes, wo die Zeit still zu stehen scheint. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die sanitären Anlagen sind sauber und ausreichend groß. Die Anfahrt ist mit einem Allradfahrzeug mit Bodenfreiheit kein Problem, andere Fahrzeuge erfordern eventuell fahrerisches Können. Am Morgen kann man Brötchenservice ordern. Von uns Klare Empfehlung

Sehr schöner natürlicher Campingplatz, etwas uneben aber mit Keilen kein Problem. Morgens frisch gebackenes Brot, das uns bis ans Wohnmobil gebracht wurde. Dusche/WC vorhanden. Der Ort Breb ist wirklich sehenswert, eine kleine Zeitreise! Vielen Dank für den erholsamen Aufenthalt.
A charming place with a truly personal touch. I appreciated the thoughtful details in the decor and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The guests it attracts are a delightful mix of friendly and even friendlier people. The narrow road through the village adds a bit of adventure—definitely not for the faint-hearted, but I see it as a good filter, if you know what I mean. You can sit by your own fire!!
Unbedingte Empfehlung! Ein mit viel Herzblut betriebener Platz, der zu den schönsten zählt, die wir in Rumänien gesehen haben. Probiert unbedingt das frisch gebackene Brot zum Frühstück und das Craftbier am Abend - meinetwegen auch umgekehrt, aber dann macht uns nicht verantwortlich. Nicht zu vergessen: Ein ausgiebiger Spaziergang durch das wunderschöne Dorf!

Idyllic location in the countryside in the middle of a mountain range. Camping is simple, but you’ll have everything you need - only concern might be that you might struggle to find a flat spot —> bring levelling blocks. Host is super friendly and welcoming. He even bakes fresh bread in the morning. Facilities are simple, but clean —> everything you need
Outstanding place with everything you might need. Big, spacious and shaded parking places and home made bread in the morning. Very nice sounding area and nice, traditional, cozy village. If you are close please go. You won't regret it.
Awesome place with great vibe, we already visited it three times. Very authentic. The owners are super friendly. Everything you need is there - clean showers with hot water (although the pressure can be tricky), place to wash the dishes, local and home-made products to buy. We wish we could have stayed for longer, but definitely will be back. Idyllic views, nice people - place one of a kind.
A wonderful campsite, with very friendly and nice owners. Even though the campsite was not officially open, they welcomed us with open arms. We stayed here for 2 nights and had access to all utilities. There are large spaces for motorhomes. The access road is small, but with a 7.4 m car we entered without problems. Thank you Ema, we hope to come back to you soon! :)
De afgelopen 6 nachten op de prachtige camping gestaan. Deze was eigenlijk nog gesloten, maar we waren van harte welkom mits we geen toilet en douche nodig hadden want dat gebouw was nog afgesloten. Met onze expeditie camper 8,5m lang, 2,5m breed, 3,7m hoog en een wielbasis van 4,5m was het een uitdaging om op het terrein te komen. Maar met een beetje stuurmanskunst is het gelukt. Bram bedankt!!
Sehr idyllisch gelegen. Sehr herzliche Begrüssung. Viele Sprachen sind möglich. Schöne Aussicht in die Karpaten. Der Weg hierher ist sehr schwierig zu finden und sehr eng und steinig. Der Weg ist so schlecht, dass man gar nicht bemerkt welch schöne Häuser an der Strasse liegen. Fast wie in einem Freilichtmuseum.

Der Platz ist absolut in Ordnung, allerdings nicht eben. Dafür aber viel Grün. Breb ist sehenswert. Die Anfahrt auf dem letzten Kilometer ist schon etwas anstrengend. Unser Kasten ist 6,36 m mit Transportkiste sogar noch etwas länger und 2,9 m hoch und es geht bis zum Platz. Allerdings größer sollte das Fahrzeug dann nicht mehr viel grösser sein. Auch Wenden ist nur schwer möglich.
Stayed here 3 night with family in Grand California camper. Great hidden spot in one of the few relatively original villages. Last bit to get in is narrow but doable if you do not mind scratches. Beautiful place in tranquil setting. Not cheap by Romanian standards but the setting is superb. Do not expect top notch camping to Western European standard. This is more a backpacker’s and explorer’s den. Kids loved the kittens.
Drumul foarte prost pana la camping. Camping micut si foarte aglomerat. Se taxeaza separat rulota/autorulota, iar copiii peste 14 ani se taxeaza la pret de adult. Cel mai scump camping din Romania.
Wir haben hier eine Nacht verbracht und haben pro Person 35 Lei bezahlt, für den Camper 25 Lei. Die Waschmaschine kostet 25 Lei. Der Platz ist sehr schön, die sanitären Anlagen sauber. Die Stellplätze sind allerdings nicht eben, das Wasser bei den Frauen wurde nicht richtig warm und das Wlan funktioniert auf dem Platz auch nicht richtig. Schade, sonst gut und sehr schön! Personal sehr freundlich.
Un campeggio molto bello dove pernottare col proprio camper. La strada per arrivarci non è agevolissima poiché sterrata, per il resto il luogo è davvero stupendo. Ed i proprietari molto gentili. A due passi vi è anche un ristorante (Breb 128) con prodotti tipici davvero buoni. Consiglio di venire qui se siete in visita a Breb e nei villaggi vicini.

Traumhafte Aussicht, recht ruhig und auch für verwöhnte Einzelgänger wie mich angenehm, weil alles recht überschaubar ist, wenige freundliche Menschen und viel Platz auf dem Campingplatz. Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber!
Die Kommentare der Vorgänger können wir nur bestätigen. Das Restaurant neben dem Platz können wir auch nur empfehlen.
Een prachtige agricamping in een authentiek landelijke omgeving. Vriendelijke ontvangst en uitstekende voorzieningen in de 'boerderij'gebouwen. Een ideale plek om de omgeving te verkennen, waaronder Sapanta en Sigethu. Wij stonden er meerdere dagen. Bram en Ema staan voor je klaar.
Super fijne ontspannen camping op een bijzondere plek! Dikke aanrader!
Great little place!!! Like everyone we decided to prolongue our stay because we liked it so much. Camp with a little fire, views are really nice and all is clean! Kudos to Bram and Emma!!
Magnifique camping. Accueil très sympa, bon conseils de visite. Chiens acceptés. Magnifique village où les gens sont agréables et accueillants. Facile à trouver en suivant les panneaux dans le village. Restaurant voisin très bon et propriétaire au top.
Schöner Platz mit holpriger Auffahrt. Die letzten 2 Kilometer auf die Beschilderung „Babou“ achten. Google hätte uns wo anders hin geführt. Sehr netter Betreiber, wir wollten erst nur eine Nacht bleiben, haben uns aber dann für eine weitere entschieden.
We planned to stay at Babou for 1 night but we liked it so much that we ended staying 2 nights. We were the only ones there and it was perfect. Qudos to Bram, the owner, a very nice guy. We will come again for sure!
what a dream! be prepared for some old roads for approx 1 mile to get to babou camping, once you're there you wouldn't want to leave. we went in with a 5t, 7.2 m camper and 2.5m wide. camping is delightful and stupendous. emma and bram are outstanding hosts. camping has absolutely everything and is so charming! next door is a lush homemade food restaurant with outdoor seating we will return
Superschöner Platz! Sehr netter Empfang in schönem Dorf. Anfahrt mit unserem 6m Van kein Problem. Super Information zum Dorf und Aktivitäten gibt es vom freundlichen Betreiber. Sanitäranlagen sehr sauber. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist hier richtig.
Lovely place. Nice and clean restrooms and showers; place where you can wash the dishes; benches and tables around the camping space so you can sit down and relax. Free Wi-Fi next to the reception building. Most important - fantastic owner, speaks English and is able to recommend what to do and see in the neighborhood. We paid 80 RON for 2 adults and 4x4 with a rooftent.

Excellent accueil de Bram dans un univers propre, douillet, coquet, chaleureux. Et si beau, tant pour les installations que la vue imprenable! Les conseils randos sont top et le pti resto «casa lou’ dochia… » délicieux! On serait bien restés quelques nuits de plus…
Heerlijke camping waar Bram inmiddels een jaar de eigenaar is. De sfeer is heel “cool”, het landschap en uitzichten fantastisch. Breb is een authentiek folkloristisch dorp waar veel oude Romeense gebruiken in stand gehouden worden. Terug in de tijd…. Een echte vakantieplek!
Nichts hinzuzufügen, es ist wie schon vorher beschrieben fantastisch. HINWEIS: Chemie-Toiletten dürfen nur entleert werden, wenn sie ohne Zusatz bzw. nur mit biologisch abbaubaren Zusätzen bestückt sind.

Bardzo polecam to miejsce, piękna okolica, malownicza wioska. Kamping bardzo ładnie położony, bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel. Miejsce z klimatem. Z żalem wyjeżdżaliśmy. Na pewno wrócimy.
Sehr idyllisch und schön gelegen. Der Campingplatz ist klasse! Auch das Dorf mit seinen schönen Toren und landestypischen Waren ist empfehlenswert. Als Restaurant ist das Bred & Butter zu empfehlen.
Traumhaft schön, ruhige Lage und tolle Umgebung.
Ein wunderschöner Ort, viel Ruhe und Natur. Die Einrichtungen sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Bei nur jeweils einer Toilette für Männlein und Weiblein sind Wartezeiten vorprogrammiert. Alles in allem jedoch, ist es hier wie im Paradies. Die holprige Anfahrt lohnt sich.
Der absolute Wahnsinn! Mit Liebe zum Detail wurde der Platz aufgebaut. Nachts gibt es keine Lampen, sondern es werden viele Laternen mit Kerzen angezündet. Viele Plätze haben eine eigene Hängematte. Nebenan ist ein tolles Restaurant. Achso: die Sanitäranlagen sind natürlich sehr sauber.
The camping is okay. The restaurant right next door in typical roumenian style is terrific. Not only because of the lady-owner who is lovable. But we stayed a extra day to teast a other dish. We planned 1 day or two. We stayed 3. Our camper is a expedtiontruck 8,5 mtr with 4,20 wheelbase. Hight 3,85 and wide 2,35 we could just manage. This big is normaly not welkom but we were lucky. And talked to the owner first.

One of our favorite places in Europe; that is why we came back after 2 years. The village Breb is a must see: it seems like time stood still for over 100 years. Population is extremely friendly. The campsite has everything you need. once you arrive, you feel at home and you start to relax. Very nice walks close by and restaurant next door with local food. Would only recommend for vehicles <6.5m

Ein wunderschöner, wunderbar gelegener, sehr liebevoll geführter Campingplatz. Die holländischen Besitzer sprechen sehr gut Englisch, sind sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit unserem fast 7 m langen Womo dort und es ging prima! Mittlerweile kann man auch die Chemie-Toilette dort leeren. Dieser Campingplatz ist unser rumänischer Favorit!
Stayed 16/07/2020. Slightly gravelly uneven road through a small village, in a fiat ducato this was tough but manageable and cars and trucks drive it everyday, it’s what keeps the village as it is! Take it slow. One of our favourite campsites in all of Europe. Beautiful views of the Maramureş country, with a homemade feel to the campsite. Showers and toilets very clean and hot water coming straight from the mountain. The Dutch owners live their and have made it beautiful, a fantastic place to stay. Recommend staying more than one night. Able to bbq or visit traditional village restaurant. Good walking and the owner is very helpful and has made a booklet of the area. Idyllic and homely. Price is very good as well. 10/10 must go

Tolle Lage. Wunderschöne ruhige Umgebung. Einmalig und originell gestalteter Platz. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Viele gute Hinweise für Exkursionen in der Umgebung. Wir sind gleich vier Tage geblieben.
This was the most beautiful and relaxing stay we had in all Romania. The campsite is prepared with a lot of cute details (such as the torchs that are lighting up in the night) and the Breb town is magical. Feels like going back in time as there is still a lot of manual activity happening in the fields. Beautiful area to have a nice hike and reaching the top of the Cocosului mountain. We also walked to the Mara village but wasn’t an easy walk as the trail is not marked and the town is not as beautiful as Breb
Hier in Breb war es wunderschön. Hier haben sich zwei sehr nette Holländer wohl einen Traum erfüllt. Du kannst hier campen, im Hostel schlafen, ganz wie Du magst. Alles ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Es gibt einen uns ans Herz gewachsenen Hund, ein paar Katzen und zum Frühstück wackeln auch mal die Hühner vorbei und schauen ob es noch ein paar Krümel gibt. Die Sanitäranlagen sind super sauber. Die Lage ist einfach herrlich. Und drumherum gibt es auch einige Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen oder ein paar Lebensmittel zu besorgen. Man sollte hier unbedingt länger als nur eine Nacht stehen um ein bisschen die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Zufahrt ist etwas holprig, dafür wird man aber mit einer tollen Aussicht belohnt.

Notre camping préféré en Europe !!! C'est l'atmosphère qui y règne, paisible et douce, qui nous fait revenir dans ce petit paradis. Pas de piscine, pas de chichi, mais un simple camping très nature. Le soir, des bougies et des lampions disséminés ça et là sont allumés. Beaucoup de petites attentions qui donnent à ce lieu un cadre enchanteur. Bref, vaut le voyage !

Accès possible avec un camping-car 7,4 m x 2,35 m. Suivre les panneaux Babou. Prévoir les cales pour mise à niveau. 70 Lei avec électricité. Sympa propre calme.
Ein Muss! Liebevoller & schöner kann ein Campingplatz nicht gestaltet sein. Das sympathische niederländische Besitzer-Paar hat den Platz wundervoll und individuell gestaltet und von Grund auf mehrere Jahre aufgebaut. Es gibt alles was man braucht, super schön, super sauber, super praktisch und vorallem großartig zum Entspannen da sehr ruhig! Wir sind unerwartet mehrere Nächte geblieben!!!

Bijzonder mooie plek met romantisch uitzicht, hele behulpzame mensen, prachtig oud dorp met oude gewoontes. Ondanks de eenigszins lastige weg naar boven een absolute aanrader.

Camping sympa dans un beau cadre naturel. Decoration soignée, alentours à visiter, superbes églises en bois. Route d'accès étroite ok pour vans et fourgons Le wifi gratuit fonctionne super. Avons payer 10 € à 2 soit 50 lei avec un fourgon sans électricité. Je crois 10 lei en plus avec.
Vaut le détour, camping extra même si route pour y accéder compliqué. Mais le dépaysement est au rendez-vous. Superbe déco et village. Très accueillant. A faire sans hésiter
