The track is permanently "gone" at position 42.10392° 20.34570° but coming in from Kukës, you can stay there and turn your vehicle. As noted it’s not level (but reasonably flat, i.e. smooth). Nice place with fantastic views onto a horse-shoe-style river bend. 100% quiet. We liked it. Also, locals said the 3rd-grade road higher up is equally impassable so we went back to SH23 to carry on West.
Het is een prachtige locatie.. de weg is smal.. maar je kunt het op zich redden.. bij de aangegeven plek kun je niet komen zie foto maar je kunt er wel voor staan.. je moet wel levellers hebben
