The "Les Tipis du Soleil" motorhome area, located 20 minutes from the beaches of Cap d'Agde and 10 minutes from the historic centers of Pézenas and Béziers, welcomes you year-round. You'll find yourself in a unique setting amidst the Languedoc vineyards, in the shade of Mediterranean pines and plane trees, perfect for relaxation. On-site, beautiful walks in nature, games of pétanque, and leisurely relaxation await you. The following facilities will be available: - Grey and black water disposal area and water refill (services included in the nightly rate) - 10 6A electrical hookups, €3/day Due to numerous instances of antisocial behavior, showers and toilets are no longer accessible. - Petanque court - Barbecue facilities - Picnic tables For sale: - Locally produced wine (red, white, and rosé) Bread, croissants, and pain au chocolat available to order the day before. Shaded area accessible to heavy goods vehicles, open year-round. These services are strictly reserved for motorhomes that have stayed with us.

Private area in the heart of a family vineyard Welcome to our family-run, HVE-certified vineyard, just 6 km from Pézenas. Here, you won't find a campsite, but a working vineyard where we live and work in harmony with the seasons. We welcome you to a preserved natural setting, surrounded by vines, for an authentic stay focused on sharing, conviviality, and discovering our terroir. We don't take reservations: arrival is on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability. And rest assured, with several hectares of vineyards around us, there's plenty of space! Two areas to welcome you ✔ At the rear of the building, in a calm and green environment, ideal for fully enjoying nature. ✔ In our large courtyard, easily accessible and suitable for all types of motorhomes. Access via the green gate. Parking is free. We do not have a waste disposal service and thank you for respecting this rule to help preserve our environment. A Meeting Above All Upon arrival, you are welcome to settle in as you please. We are often out in the vineyards and fields during the day and generally return around 6:00 PM. Every evening at 7:00 PM, we invite you to join us for a special moment with a friendly tasting of our wines. This is an opportunity to share our winemaking expertise, our family history, our terroir, and the passion that drives us every day. We do not charge any parking fees. However, if you enjoy the setting, the warm welcome, and the experience we offer, we encourage you to explore our wines and local specialties. Your purchases are more than just consumption: they provide essential support to our family estate and allow us to continue welcoming travelers. Veyrac, Route de Bessan D28. The ideal route is to go directly through Florensac and then towards Agde; you will find signs. Open 24/7, year-round. Easy access. Pay by check or cash directly to the manager, who comes by every evening or morning if you arrive late. You will be greeted with a small welcome gift (evenings only). Bike trail right behind the rest area. Canal du Midi 5km away (Agde 6km, Marseillan beach 12km, Marseillan town and Florensac with all the necessary shops are only 3km away). Virtually no major roads and 10 minutes from the Thau basin. If you have a means of transport, Pezenas, Sete, and Meze are not far away. You have at your disposal: trash cans, a water point, a complete waste disposal area, eight 6-hour electrical hookups, and a pétanque court with tables and a picnic table. The services offered are reserved exclusively for campervans that have stayed with us. Wine is sold on site, table grapes, tomatoes from the garden... depending on the season, and pizzas are also available for delivery via Pizzaline Florensac. ⚠ No reservations required; contact me for availability.
