Highly recommended camping spot for Gjirokastër! A very warm welcome from the amazing family, a secured parking spot with electricity and water, private bathroom with hot shower and an amazing restaurant close by. It's a beautiful walk to the lovely town. You can also take the bus, but leave your bike at home because the streets are very steep.

Super netter Empfang mit türkischem Kaffee. Bei der Anfahrt sollte man sich nicht auf Googlemaps verlassen, wenn man keine Offroadpiste fahren will. Der Sohn hat uns tatsächlich bis zur Bushaltestelle (Richtung Festung) begleitet und uns alle offenen Fragen in gutem Englisch beantwortet. Besten Dank!!! Die Anfahrtskizze und den Weg zum Bus stelle ich in die Fotos.
Un emplacement parfait pour se reposer, un jardin à l’ombre. Nous avons été accueilli par la maman du propriétaire qui est d’une grande gentillesse, et avons communiqué avec le propriétaire via WhatsApp car il était au travail. La maman nous a offert un café turc délicieux pour le petit déjeuner. La salle de bain est très propre. Merci pour tout.
Llegamos tarde pero la puerta estaba abierta y luego nos comunicamos por WhatsApp y nos explicaron para usar el baño y la ducha. Luego llegaron ellos a casa y nos dieron uvas y nos explicaron para conectar la electricidad. Noche súper tranquila y con sombra. Cuidado con el camino de tierra, para subir ir por la principal del pueblo que hay asfalto. Super amables. Prefieren cobrar en lekes
Sehr schön, wer etwas Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und bekamen kaltes Wasser und Wassermelone. Schade nur, das die Eigentümer kaum englisch sprechen, wir hätten gerne mehr erfahren. Sie sind sehr liebenswürdig und bemüht. Gerne wieder.
Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Schöner Platz neben Wohnhaus im Schatten. Guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Alt Stadt Gjirokaster. Busstation in der Nähe. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
Very friendly family and a warm welcome. You stay in their garden. Bathroom is clean. The washing up area is just a tap outside with no light. The bathroom is up 2 flights of steep steps and the bus station is not close by, more like 30min plus walk. No information about buses given. We had to take taxis which we had not planned for.
Wir waren hier 2 Nächte. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Betreiberin war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und spricht sehr gut Englisch. Es steht ein einfaches sehr sauberes Badezimmer (Toilette mit Dusche) zur Verfügung. WLAN und Strom ist vorhanden und im Preis von 15 € pro Nacht inclusive. Ist bei einem Besuch von Gjiokaster sehr zu empfehlen.
Dans ce quartier résidentiel très simple, nous sommes accueilli chaleureusement par une famille au complet. Nous sommes garé autour de leur pavillon avec le confort nécessaire. Attentionné et sympathique, nous gardons un touchant souvenir de ces personnes et de leur accueil.
Nous avons prévenu la veille de notre arrivée et il n'y avait aucun problème. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement, il y a un robinet d'eau juste à côté du stationnement, une salle de bain très propre à disposition et nous nous sommes sentis bien ici. Merci pour l'accueil et le thé au soleil le matin ! N'hésitez pas à venir.
L'adorable famille nous accueille dans la cour de sa maison. Bus pour monter à la forteresse pour 40 centimes, accompagnés l'arrêt de bus par le propriétaire. Très bon accueil.

Super Platz, sehr nette Menschen ACHTUNG: maps liefert eine sehr schlechte Anfahrtsbeschreibung (Schotterpiste). Es gibt eine asphaltierte Strasse: Von der Hauptstraße SH4 vor der Tankstelle Gega Oil rechts die Rruga Ibrahim Sino 700m hochfahren, vor dem Teppichladen links in die Rruga Manave. An Bar Rapi vorbei und die Nächste rechts ab. Nach 50m seht ihr das gelbe Haus und seid bei Alfa Camping
Great place for visiting Gjirokaster town. Half an hour to the town/castle. You park in the garden of the house owner and have 24-hour access to the bathroom. Electricity and water are included in 15 Euros per day. The owner and his mum are very friendly. The restaurant Gjirokaster Rrapi is really amazing. Tasty food, great prices, and very friendly owner
Great place to spend the night and to visit the city. We stayed for 2 nights. A bathroom exclusively for camper guests is located in the house, accessible through the hallway. The host was very friendly. We were welcomed with some fresh fruit and he even took us to the bus station and made sure everything goes smooth with our transfer to the city center. Would definitely recommend!
Zwei Plätze relativ eben, ganz nette Familie die sich rührend um Ihre Gäste kümmert. Wir haben das Bad benutzt. Dies war sehr sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Es ist sehr ruhig, lediglich die Hähne komen morgens ihrer Pflicht nach. Übrigens ein ganz tolles. Restaurant befindet sich in der Nähe. Wasser und Strom inkludiert. Die Waschmaschine haben wir nicht benötigt. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!
Sehr netter Empfang und sehr gastfreundliche Familie. Saubere Toilette und Dusche nur für die Gäste. Uns wurde sogar eine Maschine Wäsche gewaschen und im Garten aufgehängt. Wir blieben 2 ruhige Nächte.
Wir sind hier, obwohl unangemeldet, extrem freundlich empfangen worden und durften erleben, was albanische Gastfreundschaft bedeutet. Die Betreiberin spricht hervorragendes Englisch, da sie einige Zeit in London gelebt hat. Die Rampe wurde inzwischen angepasst und könnte jetzt auch für Mobile mit etwas längeren Überhang geeignet sein. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Begegnung!
Leute super freundlich, Für ein Wohnmobil mit hinten Überhang ist die Rampe nicht geeignet. Ansonsten 15 Euro die Nacht mit Dusche und Toilette. Wasser kann getankt werden und Stromanschluss.
We had a lovely and safe overnight stay in Gjirokaster. From the warm welcome with an Albanian cake to a cup of Turkish coffee in the morning before departure, we felt very welcomed by the family. The bathroom with toilet and shower is in the hosts' house and is very clean. Water and electricity are available. We can highly recommend staying in this place and would stay there again

Famille très accueillante et restaurant très bon. Petites attentions très appréciées au cours du repas. Super bien situé à côté du château. Merci à la famille française avec les p’tites blondes qui nous a conseillé d’aller là-bas. Superbe adresse.
Séjour inoubliabe au contact de cette adorable famille ! Pour y aller chercher restaurant "restorant Gjirokaster Rrapi", et la maison est à 60m. Super accueil et quartier calme à 30mn à pied du château 20 euros pour notre van et 3 adultes. WC et douche à dans la maison. Un excellent café le matin, merci pour cette hospitalité ! Restaurant d a cote tres bon et ambiance toute aussi chaleureuse.
Had a great stay at this camping spot. The hosts, Orte & his brother and his family were all incredibly kind and helpful - bringing us figs and cold water upon arrival and helping us with directions. Overall a lovely safe place to stop for the night. Would come back again!
Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Tipp zur Anfahrt: von Gjirokaster herkommend „Tekke von Zall“ in den Routenplaner eingeben, dann erst wieder in der park4night App auf der Straße zur Tekke nach der Markierung schauen.
Super lief ontvangst door vader en zoon. Je staat naast hun huis in de achtertuin waar in de middag schaduw komt. Bij aankomst kregen we water en watermeloen. Paralel aan de woning zit een restaurant waar je heerlijk kan eten! Als je een plekje zoekt in de buurt van Gjirokastër (voor ons was het net niet op loopafstand) is het zeker een aanrader!
Good place amazing people and 5-10min from center. Wc wifi food and a good service .The most important thing is about the family members who really are ready for everything you need to know and to help with what you need and i payed 20€ .Im very happy good joob Albania ❤️
