Helen was very helpful when we booked at short-notice. A really nice set up. 4* as the WiFi appears not to be unavailable, but that’s a minor point.
J'adore le petit camping juste à côté des tumulus de Sutton hoo. L'entrée se fait par une ferme en activité, mais ne vous laissez pas décourager car lorsque vous arrivez au camping, vous ne saurez même pas que les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et serviables. vous bénéficiez de votre propre emplacement de taille généreuse avec sa propre alimentation en eau et en électricité. bloc douche et toilettes propres. Je recommande vivement ce petit bijou.
Love little campsite right next to Sutton hoo burial mounds. The entrance is through a working farm but don't let this put you off as when you get to the campsite you would not even know it is there owners are very friendly and helpful. you get your own generous size pitch with its own water and electric supply. shower and toilet block clean. Highly recommend this little gem.
Ich liebe den kleinen Campingplatz direkt neben den Grabhügeln von Sutton Hoo. Der Eingang führt durch einen bewirtschafteten Bauernhof, aber lassen Sie sich davon nicht abschrecken, denn wenn Sie den Campingplatz erreichen, werden Sie ihn nicht einmal bemerken. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie bekommen Ihren eigenen großzügigen Stellplatz mit eigener Wasser- und Stromversorgung. Dusch- und Toilettenblock sauber. Ich kann dieses kleine Juwel wärmstens empfehlen.

Newtothis122/09/2025Pros, fully serviced pitches, walking distance to Sutton Hoo and Woodbridge. Cons, bathrooms need more thorough cleaning and noise from the road was really loud.
easytraveller13/09/2025Einfacher Platz bei Farmhaus mit gepflegten, etwas wenigen, Sanitäranlagen. Besitzerin sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Guter wind geschützter Platz mit Strom und Wasser. WLAN gut.

Lovely campsite, within a short walking distance of Sutton Hoo visitor centre. Helen is welcoming, helpful and practical. We were offered two different pitches so we could stay two nights (the site was fully booked). Toilets work well, showers hot. Hedge spacing between pitches. A small shed contains useful information plus the use of an electric kettle for the needed cup of tea/coffee. And the WiFi works. All in all I can't fault it. Thanks Helen.

Tous les commentaires précédents sont justes, l'accueil est très chaleureux, nous n'avions pas réservé et Helen nous a trouvé une place alors que le camping était complet. Chiens bienvenus, route à côté pas trop dérangeante. Le fisch and chips du pub à proximité est sublime

a wonderful well kept campsite with even a bath in the washroom. choice of either no hookup or hook up. easy to walk into the nearest town and a fantastic local pub that does great food..
