We have 9,000 organic laying hens which produce around 8,500 organic eggs per day. These hens eat 100% organic food and enjoy total freedom, since they have 36,000 m2 of outdoor terraces. From the start, we have been very clear on the principles of sustainability and respect for the biodiversity of our environment and nature.
