Une aire explicitement délimitée pour les camping-cars (balisage jaune au sol) où vous pourrez stationner gratuitement pendant 24h. Il y a un parc juste à côté où vous pourrez trouver des bancs, une aire de jeux, une aire de jeux aquatique, une fontaine d'eau potable et également un restaurant. De l'autre côté se trouvent un petit dépôt et une rue très fréquentée le jour mais qui devient nettement plus calme la nuit. Il n'y a pas de raccordement à l'électricité ou à l'eau. Si nécessaire, vous pouvez vous procurer une casserole d'eau à la fontaine d'eau potable.
An area specifically marked for mobile homes (yellow markings on the ground) where you can park for free 24 hours a day. Right next door is a park with benches, a playground, a water playground, a drinking fountain and a restaurant. On the other side is a small depot and a street that is busy during the day but is much quieter at night. There are no connections for electricity or water. However, you can get a jug of water from the drinking fountain if you need it.
Ein explizit für Wohnmobile ausgeschilderter Bereich (gelbe Markierung auf dem Boden), in dem man 24h kostenlos stehen kann. Direkt nebenan ist ein Park in dem man Bänke, einen Spielplatz, einen Wasserspielplatz, einen Trinkwasserbrunnen und auch eine gastro vorfindet. Auf der anderen Seite ist ein kleiner Betriebshof und eine Straße die tagsüber rege befahren ist aber in der Nacht deutlich ruhiger wird. Anschlüsse für Strom und Wasser gibt es nicht. Am Trinkwasserbrunnen kann man aber bei Bedarf eine Kanne Wasser holen.

Bon emplacement, certes bruyant mais gratuit et dans un joli quartier et en lisière d'un parc. Mis à disposition gratuitement, merci à la ville de Bâle. 6 places si bien alignés (dommage de laisser des grands vides entre chaque vehicule) et que les voitures ne s'y mettent pas!

Der Platz war gut, wir haben gut geschlafen und in die Altstadt mit Bus oder Tram war es auch nicht weit. Danke für den Platz.
Thank you Basel for providing this stop. 20 mins walk to Old Town. Yes there is traffic but ok with ipods during the night.
Veramente un ottimo posteggio in zona tranquilla e servita da mezzi. Leggermente in pendenza se posteggiate lato strada. Un po’ rumoroso a causa delle auto che sfrecciano anche di notte.

Posteggio facilmente raggiungibile dall’autostrada. Ideale per visitare la città. Non abbiamo pernottato perché molto trafficato e non a livello.
Amazing spot, not for light sleepers. Please think about other campers when parking. There is no reason to leave 2 to 3 meters in between vehicles when parking. This could make the difference for another camper to be able to sleep here as the place is almost always crowded and full. Thanks to the city for allowing this!
Prima parkeerplek die veilig voelt. Perfect om vanuit hier naar de kerstmarkten te lopen. We bleven er niet slapen want de plekken zijn schuin en wij hebben een loslopende kat mee. Maar het zou zeker kunnen

Limited popular parking along a busy road that does become quieter at night. Not recommended for light sleepers. Felt safe, next to a park, with 6 other campers for the night. Short walk to town centre and Christmas Market. Thank you for these free spaces.

Mega Parkplatz! Wir haben tagsüber von hieraus die Altstadt erkundet und dann die Nacht hier verbracht. Ja ich muss zugeben es ist etwas laut da direkt an der Straße, aber für eine Großstadt und dazu noch kostenlos, Mega! Also wer sich mit dem Lärm abfinden kann ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wir waren zufrieden und hatten eine gute Nacht.

Ottimo per visitare la città, distante circa 15 min a piedi. Non abbiamo dormito qui.
Very Good of Switzerland to provide this spot. The Walk to get into Basel is only 15 minutes. There is a bit of traffic during the night but we still managed a decent night's sleep. No one bothered us. Was a great stay for Free.
Convenient location for a city visit but very noisy, also at night. If you have a pop-up roof and only canvas between you and the road, forget about sleeping (even with earplugs). Might be usable for a hard-walled mobile home.

Muy buena opción para pasar 1 noche en Basel. Quizá sea un poco molesto el ruido del tráfico, pero siendo una zona que permiten estar durante 24h de forma gratuita, poco más se puede pedir.
Super emplacement pour visiter la ville. Transport à proximité (mais la ville est à 15 minutes à pied). Assez bruyant la nuit. Parc ombragé très agréable pour les petits et les grands.
Free and good stop over. My daughter loved playground next to parking. Little bit noisy until 10pm but night was quiet.

Perfect spot to visit the city. Arrived at 17.30 and there were about 4 spaces left. Noisy with passing traffic so you need ear plugs! Also a great park but no dogs allowed!

Perfect for a brief visit to the city if you find an empty spot, up to 24h, abd it's free of charge. Walking distance from the center (~1km) and lots of trees and shadow. Very small unfortunately, so it's not easy to find a place, also because some cars park there even if they couldn't.
Un pequeño aparcamiento en linea, gratuito 24h. Sin servicios. Pero junto a un parque que tiene fuente y baños. Cerca del centro.
Parking correcto. Muy céntrico(15 min). Tráfico por el día, pero hemos pasado una noche muy tranquilos. Gratis durante 24 horas. Un poco desnivelado hacia la derecha, pero facilmente solucionable con las calzas. Recomendo sin duda ir a esta zona, ya que si la zona marcada para autocaravanas está completa se puede aparcar en la zona azul de enfrente, sacando ticket en las maquinas verdes del tranvía
Beaux emplacements le long du parc avec de nombreuses activités (plaine de jeux enfants, grand parc avec pic nic et bbq autorisés). Toiletttes publiques etc. Bien pour une nuit style escale mais assez bruyant le matin avec le camion qui vide les poubelles à verres vers 6h du matin (le lundi pour nous)
Guter Platz zum parkieren und übernachten. Etwas schräg. Aufgrund des Verkehrs nicht gerade ruhig aber mit Oropax geht es. Zentrum zu Fuss in 25-35 Minuten erreichbar. Tiptop.
