Welcome to the motorhome area at the Smedegaard. Please use the dedicated driveway to enter the area. The driveway is marked with a sign (see the pictures). This beautiful motorhome is a 50x50 meter area which is surrounded by a lot of trees. This provides a lot of shelter from the wind. The area is between Stauning and Velling and really close to Ringkøbing fjord. This gives a lot of opportunities for surfing, fishing, etc: 200 Meters to Ringkøbing Fjord 3 km to Stauning Airplane Museum 5 km to Staning Harbour (here you can empty your wastewater) 7 km to Stauning Whiskey It is possible to plug your vehicle (not electric cars) into our powerstation and there is a tap for drinking water. The area is a part of Smedegaarden. Here people can rent a bed. Please note, that this motorhome is ONLY for parking and NOT camping. Thank you. We look forward to meeting you. At Café Gammelby, you will find not only a cozy and quiet little place to stay, but also a family couple and our dogs – and we welcome you with open arms. It is necessary to book by phone before arrival. In our restaurant - we serve freshly prepared food primarily produced with local or biological products. We have no menu card - so we serve the chef's choice. If you are vegetarians or have any food intolerance, please inform us. We serve breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee and dinner. We prefer if you order breakfast and lunch the day before. Breakfast is served 09.00. Lunch from 12.00 - 15.00. Evening dinner must be ordered before 12.00 the same day. Evening dinner is served 18.30. Sunday-Thursday we serve a 2-course dinner and Friday-Saturday, we serve a 3 course dinner. You can also find us on facebook or Instagram.
