Nous avons dormi une nuit en campervan, l’emplacement est bien plat. Beaucoup de traffic passe en soirée et au petit matin car c’est juste à côté du golf, mais ce n’est pas dérangeant. Calme la nuit, nous avons bien dormi.

Che dire.. il mio posto del cuore in Irlanda! Dopo aver dormito in tanti posti questo rimane il più bello in assoluto. Un svegliarsi qui davanti ad una spiaggia enorme con un mare bellissimo. Accanto un pub ristorante e la possibile dj riempire delle taniche di acqua ma non di fare acqua al furgone perché l’attacco non è compatibile. Strada x arrivarci otttima

Great place to stop for the night. flat and quiet. a few cars heading to the golf course in the morning, but not disturbing. lovely beach and walk nearby

Parking gratis para unas 5 caravanas. Con vistas increíbles a la playa y nosotros incluso vimos el atardecer. Pasamos una noche muy tranquila. Volveríamos sin dudarlo!

Tap is/was not suitable for any hose connectors I had in my box of adaptors unless you wanted to spray yourself with water LOL.

Perfekt für eine Nacht oder 2, an einer ruhigen Nebenstr. Wasserhahn funktioniert, aber nur mit Kanister.

Wunderschöner Platz direkt hinter dem kleinen Wall zum Strand. Hier sind drei Parkplätze: einer gehört zum Golfplatz, ein zweiter ist für Tagesgäste des Strandes ("No Overnight Parking") und der dritte, markierte Plätze zwischen Strasse und Strand, sind frei für Overnight parking. Die Koordinaten stimmen!

Flott gratis parkering i enden av en vei ved innkjøringen til en av Irlands beste golfbane. Det er mulig å stå med svært stor bil i begynnelsen av parkeringen. Vannkran ved nedgang til stranden, men ikke egnet til å koble på slange. God mat, men høyt priset på Smuglers Inn rett ved siden av. God mat og rimeligere på restauranten til golfbanen. Stille og rolig bare to km fra sentrum.

Wer auch immer diesen Platz hier eingetragen hat, hat definitiv die falschen Koordinaten angegeben. Die Route führt zu einem Golfclub, hier ist gar nichts!

We zijn blijven overnachten met 2 campers, rustig, gratis water, restaurant is heel duur, verkeer naar de golf is rustig. ideaal voor strand bezoek. Hond toegelaten. Dorp best met de fiets.

superbe vue, très calme, plat et goudronné, nombreux emplacements le robinet d'eau n'est pas a raccord vissé : il faut donc jerrican et entonnoir très bon spot

Magnificent spot for overnight stay or longer. Deep bays suitable for Motorhomes up to 9m. Traffic limited to cars using golf course, but completely quiet after the links restaurant closes at 9pm. Drift off to sleep to the gentle sound of waves crashing on the beach. Wonderful.

Bord de mer, calme, superbe coucher de soleil, accès à l’eau avec un robinet. Nous avons bu un coup sur la terrasse du restaurant à côté, très sympathique.

Good spot right on the beach. Cool view. Some cars are passing by but only people going to the golf club. As we arrived two motorhome were parked perpendicular through some parking lots which was a bit strange but I guess won’t happen in the high season. No services but a restaurant/pub nearby (walking distance).

Fabulous park up with water tap as stated and incredible views with such easy access to the most wonderful beach. Surrounded by mountains on both sides and a pub / restaurant just 200m away.

Great views of the adjacent sandy bay with pub just a little beyond the parking now open for Summer season. Very quiet, just 2 campervans on our stay and a few cars driving by in the morning to another parking area at the end. Golf club at end of road too but it looked closed during our time parked up.

Excellent spot. Nor entirely level, but very quiet (dead end street). Next to The Smugglers Inn with good restaurant (a bit noisy in the dining room)

Beautiful, quiet, scenic spot right by the sea. We were the only campervan here. No facilities, so you need to be self-contained.

Ein super Platz zum entspannen, schlafen und genießen der Brandung und des Meeres. Morgendlicher Strandspaziergang inbegriffen!!! Man sollte jedoch autark sein, denn das Restaurant hat zwar eine Toilette, allerdings nur für Gäste. Strom, Wasser etc. sind dort nicht.

On a passé 1 chouette nuit sur ce parking entre l'entrée du golf et le resto (devant le golf c'est interdit). On y était tôt, vers 16h, et on a bien fait car c'était vite plein. Peu de places, 3-4 vans/camping-car je pense. Cadre calme et magique face à la plage, on s'est même baignés. Terrain plat, aucun équipement.

Directly adjacent to beach and stunning views across the bay. Plenty of cars at the golf club but traffic not excessive - noise of sea minimises traffic noise. Good bar and restaurant directly adjacent. Midweek in early September and 5 vans and Motorhomes there. slight slope. Good 5G signal on EE

Ein schöner Platz für eine Übernachtung mit einer super Aussicht auf das Meer bis zum späten Abend ein kommen und gehen in der Nacht aber war es still man hörte nur noch das rauschen der Wellen haben gut geschlafen Frischwasser gibt es hier keins

Heute Nacht haben wir hier übernachtet, sehr ruhiger Stellplatz neben einem Hotel und Golfplatz. Toller Blick aufs Meer. Kein Müll, kein Wasser keine Entsorgung.

Een plek met een prachtig uitzicht. Een pub nabij is plus. Maar het verkeer naar en vanaf de golfresort is vreselijk druk. Het is een komen en gaan van auto's. Het maakt de plek voor ons onaantrekkelijk.

Coucher de soleil extraordinaire et très belle plage. 5 à 6 places face à la très belle plage. Repas et petit déjeuner à l'hôtel juste à côté. Pas de service mais possibilité de déposer les poubelles en bout de parking dans les poubelles du golf.

Ein Stellplatz mit all den positiven Eigenschaften die man sich wünscht. Direkt am Strand, rauschende See, gepflegt und ruhig, fester Untergrund, kostenlos, allerdings keine Versorgung, das haben wir aber auch nicht vorausgesetzt.

Beautiful location next to a huge sandy bay & estuary. Great pub for food & drinks right next door. Popular with other vans. Definitely not deserving of only one star!

there may be a nice beach there but there is very little else going for it. It is very open and on the road to the golf course. it didn't really tick any boxes for staying overnight unless you're travelling in a group. Far side of the beach wasn't much better. It is a roughly 20min walk to the town

Flat and quiet. Basically on the beach and within walking distance of the village for cafe’s and shops. Stayed on a windy night and were fine.

Richtig netter Parkplatz, direkt am Atlantik. Kein Mülleimer und kein Service, dafür ein Restaurant direkt angrenzend. Wir sind aber aufgrund des anhaltenden Sturmes weitergefahren, da die Monsterwellen die Steine über‘s Ufer geschleudert haben (ca. 3-4kg Steine)! Alles in allem bei gutem Wetter bestimmt klasse.

Geen voorzieningen, wel rustige plek. Fijn wandelen aan het strand.

Great spot right on the beach, it was perfect for us out of season as we were alone but in season it’s probably very busy. The golf club was not noisy for us. No facilities but we did have signal here.

Stopped here late October 23 but had to move around midnight as the wind got too strong. We moved a little up the road with no problem. Views are magnificent though.

Nous y avons passé la nuit le 28 août, l’endroit était très calme en-dehors de quelques voitures allant au golfe (même assez tard) et à l’hôtel à côté, mais pas gênant. Vue sur la mer. Possibilité de manger ou juste prendre un verre à l’hôtel.

Gratuit et possible pour véhicules long. Nous 7.6 m sans problème. Un peu venteux

Absolutely stunning. 3 campers stayed last night and we were all rewarded with a gorgeous sunrise and beautiful weather. No problems staying as long as it wasn’t in the pub or golf club car park. There is a beach car park which is perfect to camp over for the night. Water tap available too. Stunning spot and will visit again.

Ein schöner Platz direkt am Strand mit Wasserhahn. Wir standen eine Nacht (Freitags) im Juli hier und waren durch laute Musik aus dem Golfclub bis 2:30 morgens gestört. Auch fuhren viele Autos & LKWs zum Golfclub (vielleicht war dort dieses Wochenende ein grosses Fest?!?). Toiletten und Mülleimer gibt es übrigens im Ortskern von Waterville auf dem Parkplatz beim Touristoffice.

Parked up in the car park over night one other camper beside us. Pub didn’t mind lovely views.

Parking en bitume libre d'accès, plutôt plat. Beau paysage encore de cette Irlande magique et capricieuse. Une nuit calme, bercé par les vagues, que du bonheur ! Dommage QUE certain CC locaux ne respecte pas leur patrimoine.

Absolute Empfehlung ... zwar keinerlei Service, dafür aber auch kostenfrei! Direkte Sicht auf's Meer - Wellenrauschen inklusive, kaum Verkehr, Restaurant Smugglers Inn 30 Meter entfernt. Für WoMos bis 7,00 Meter geeignet!

Ganz am Ende steht „Campingverbot“. Ist auch auf den Strandregeln davor vermerkt. Wir sind weiter gefahren.

Wir verbrachten hier 1 Nacht. Direkt an der Straße gelegen aber es ist am Ende einer Sackgasse, daher kaum Autos. Bei uns (Ende Februar) war es aber EXTREM Windig und daher waren wir an diesem Spot nicht gut geschützt aber im Großen und Ganzen war der Platz trotzdem toll! Die Aussicht auf das Meer und den Strand war schön.

Quiet spot but golf course open early to late. bar nearby but we didn't go in. easy to park up and not be disturbed with a beach view.

We stayed here on a Friday night in July with no issues. 2 others motorhomes here, we went to the bar next door for a few drinks and they confirmed it was council owed and was ok to park there. It was busy and cars drive past from early in the morning going to golf club but all in all a peaceful night sleep and spectacular views of the beach and sunset

Great view and stayed 2 nights off season. The town is a 25 min walk away and the walk on the beach is lovely. Quiet during the night but a bit shaky if there's strong winds.

Good place to stay. One car park says no overnight but main one overlooking sea doesn’t. Good swimming. Quite level but needed level 1 on chucks. Ate in restaurant and it was lovely.

Staan hier voor 1 nacht. Heerlijk zicht op de oceaan en strand. Gegeten in Smuggelers Inn, is op de parking. Heerlijk restaurant, wel restaurantprijzen. Dit is ook een plek voor de Kerry International Dark-Sky Reserve. Geen zichtbare vermelding van verboden te overnachten.

Standen hier am 26.05.2019 für eine Nacht. Platz war sehr ruhig, Wind war die ganze Zeit. Restaurant neben an getestet, Gourmet-Restaurant nicht ganz billig aber sehr lecker und große Portionen. Beides eine Empfehlung von uns...!

Wij hebben hier een paar uurtjes gestaan. prima tussen restaurant en golfclub. water. geen toiletten. maar ivm hele harde storm toch een plekje meer inland gezocht

Nice Beach to take a long walk. Good to reach. Water has worked for us and is clean (we do use water cleaner Silber ions). Pub calls itself gourmet- we have not checked prices.
