We have pet washing facilities, a self-laundry, a light point on each plot, shaded spaces, 24-hour surveillance, a bus stop next to the area, and emptying of grey and black water. In front of the Area, we have a Restaurant and Shop with Murcian products with opening hours from Monday to Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. and Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays from 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Also in front of the Area, we have a HOTEL where users of the Area have the right to a bathroom and showers for €2.50.
