The panoramic restaurant pampers body and soul in the morning and evening with a generous buffet, a varied lunch menu, or afternoon coffee with a delicious piece of cake and ice cream. On summer days, the terrace invites you to linger, while the "Bahnstübchen" bar offers the perfect ambiance for a nightcap. The Schalkerteich, a picturesque lake, is located nearby. Numerous hiking trails start directly at the campsite. Other features: At reception, you can find out where to use the small but excellent hotel swimming pool and sauna area. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer (€2.00) are available in the hotel. Toilets are located in the adjacent building. The playground is large and well-maintained. There is also a mini-golf course next door. All the staff are friendly and accommodating! All in all, a real hidden gem.

There is a parking space for mobile homes and caravans here, which is still being expanded. The Silberbach stream runs through the middle of the site. The site is very central, everything in the town is easy to reach. Public transport stops right at the site, which you can use to visit Quedlinburg, Wernigerode and Halberstadt with the tourist tax. Wonderful motorhome parking space in a quiet location on the outskirts of Friedrichsbrunn, a district of Thale. Good hiking trail to the Hexentanzplatz and the Bodetal. Bus trips to Quedlinburg or the thermal baths are free! Grass gravel all around, partly shady. Very friendly operator!
