I agree with previous comment regarding the road noise. Although looks like a quiet street on an industrial estate it is more like a fast strip of motorway , very busy although quieter between 11pm- 5am. Having said that due to me staying there as a female with a child due to the traffic it made me feel safe and we slept well as you get used to it. Would defo stay again x
