AREA NATUR PLAYA, a new motorhome park located 600 meters from the beach, offers all amenities nearby, including a supermarket, restaurants, and sports activities. A tram station is 750 meters away, allowing you to travel anywhere in Alicante. Pitches are 9 to 15 meters long and 5 to 7 meters wide. Choose your favorite pitch. All pitches have an optional electrical hookup, only if needed. 7A: €4.50 and 10A: €6. Some pitches also have water. Free services for our guests: hot showers, 5G Wi-Fi, water filling and emptying, laundry, picnic area, and barbecue. Some pitches are shaded. We have a laundry room, and washing machines and dryers are available for €4 each. Pets are welcome.

Welcome to Lomas de Balsares Camper Park, a site created with great enthusiasm by a family passionate about the world of motorhomes. We are a carefully executed project with a strong commitment to respecting the environment. We opened our doors in August with the aim of offering a comfortable, quiet, and natural setting. We offer large pitches for motorhomes, vans, and caravans, all equipped with individual hookups for electricity, drinking water, and gray water disposal. We also have toilets and showers with hot water. We are open all year round - you can book anytime and in every season. Whata activities can we enjoy at your place? There are plenty of activities - from glorious hikes, to plenty of cycling, swimming at the place or in the sea, walking around the beautiful beaches or visiting the nearby towns for culture and sightseeing. There is also a full-working bar with darts and beverages! For how long can we stay? You can stay as long as you want but the minimum number of stay is 2 days. We also offer long-term parking at our place so you can feel safe about your motorhomes while you want to go back to your country or somewhere else. The price for long-term parking is 4€ / day. Do you offer airport transfers? We offer transfers from the closest airport (Alicante) to our place for 20€. What are the prices? The prices are written below or in the pictures.
