Nous sommes à 100 mètres du centre historique, vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la Piazza Maggiore et sous les Deux Tours. Juste à l'extérieur de la ZTL. A partir d'avril 2025 nous acceptons uniquement les camping-cars, il n'est pas possible d'ouvrir l'auvent sur le toit. La camionnette dans le jardin est notre propriété et nous sommes en train de l'installer, nous nous excusons donc pour le petit désordre que vous trouverez. Les chiens sont les bienvenus. Wir sind 100 Meter vom historischen Zentrum entfernt, Sie können zu Fuß zur Piazza Maggiore und unter den zwei Türmen hindurchgehen. Direkt außerhalb der ZTL. Ab April 2025 akzeptieren wir nur noch Wohnmobile, das Öffnen der Markise im Dach ist nicht möglich. Der Van im Garten ist unser Eigentum und wir richten ihn gerade ein. Siamo a 100 metri dal centro storico puoi andare a piedi in piazza maggiore e sotto alle due Torri. Appena fuori dalla Ztl. Da aprile 2025 accettiamo solo furgonati, non è possibile aprire la tenda nel roof top. Il van presente nel giardino è di nostra proprietà e lo stiamo allestendo, quindi ci scusiamo per un po’ di disordine che troverete. I cani sono i benvenuti. Contattare Cristina.

Emplacement idéal si vous souhaitez visiter la ville de Bologne et que vous êtes en van. Le nôtre (6m) passe très bien avec un peu de maîtrise de manœuvre requise de la part du pilote. Christina est très arrangeante. Une expérience incroyable d'être à 15min du centre ville tout en dormant dans le van. Eau et électricité inclus dans le prix - prévoir des boules quies / la proximité avec le centre ville de paie par une rue très passante
ciao a tutti, sono Cristina la proprietaria del piccolo giardino vicino al centro. rispondo al simpaticone che ha messo una stella solo per avergli risposto che non accetto prenotazioni, cioè una prenotazione con 5 mesi di anticipo. Pensavo che la filosofia dei vanlifers fosse quella di partire senza vincoli, ebbene io non so ancora dove sarò fra 5 mesi....beati voi che lo sapete. :-))

Die Lage ist perfekt! Cristina eine angenehme Gastgeberin. Ja, es ist ein einfacher Platz mit nur Strom und Wasser - sonst Nichts. Aber das, und auch der Preis, sind von vornherein bekannt. Daher keinerlei Kritik, für uns absolut fein! Wir sind genau 6 Meter lang, mehr scheint mir unmöglich. Für lärmempfindliche Menschen unpassend. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen.
Probably the best and most adequate parking for a Campervan in Bologna. And Christine is very helpfull and super nice on all help we may need.
spot choisi pour le confort de tout visiter à pied, grand avantage de ce lieu. l'hôte est très agréable. Par contre cher pour ce que c'est (une remise sur le tarif étant donné le manque de place effectif aurait été apprécié).eau et électricité, pas d'autres services. Surtout très bruyant,dépôt de verre à côté dans lequel les restaurants vident les bouteilles en plein milieu de la nuit.
Christina ist eine supernette Gastgeberin und macht wie verabredet das Tor um 13:30 auf, gab uns Wasser und Strom (incl). Entsorgen nicht möglich. In 3 Minuten ist man am Stadttor Porta San Donato und in 15 Min an der P. Maggiore. Das Parken war mit 6 m gar kein Problem, wir bekamen Tisch+Gartenstühle! Breite WeißWare geht nicht! Es ist schön ruhig leichte Autogeräusche=Innenstadt! Absolut gut!!
Off road parking, water/electricity, safe, central & fast response but very noisy & little space in a small, cluttered area. Convenient but not adapted for a relaxing holiday stay. 48Euros.
Wir hatten die Anreise für 14.00 vereinbart. Christina war nur telefonisch erreichbar und hat uns das Tor zum Innenhof geöffnet. Es standen bereits 2 Fahrzeuge im Innenhof und wir sollten uns in die Mitte stellen. Unser Camper ist 6,40 m lang und der Platz war einfach zu klein. Wir sind dann weitergefahren…
cristina est une hôte très accueillante et arrangeante avec notre véhicule de 6m30 il est nécessaire de bien manœuvrer pour se stationner. un peu bruyant le matin par la route et les poubelles. très très pratique pour visiter Bologne !
Si vous voulez visiter la ville c'est l'emplacement parfait ! Pour pas cher vous êtes bien placé avec eau disponible, en plus l'hôte est vraiment super sympa. Au top !
Vi boede her en nat. Stedet er meget tæt på centrum af Bologna og Christina er meget venlig og hjælpsom. Det er lidt dyrt - men det er pengene værd. Vi anbefaler stedet.
Wir haben eine Nacht hier verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Preis ist nicht ganz günstig, war es uns aber wert angesichts der Bewertung bei anderen Orten und wir hatten keine Lust auf einen Einbruch. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und bietet Strom und Wasseranschluss an. Der platz ist zentral gelegen und man ist in 20 min in die Stadt gelaufen
Toller Ausgangspunkt um Bologna zu erkunden! Ansonsten sehr laut bis spät in die Nacht. Direkt vor dem Grundstück etliche Mülltonnen die um 0 Uhr geleert wurden und morgens um 5 ging es direkt weiter. Für 1 Wohnmobil völlig ok wenn man sich da zu zweit reinquetschen muss keinerlei Privatsphäre und extrem teuer dafür das man eigentlich nichts hat ausser der Lage. Ich würde es nicht nochmal buchen.

Excellent location for the city centre - 5 mins from a city gate. Fresh water and good 5G signal. A tight squeeze for a 6M van. Downside is noise well into the night from traffic, binmen and local youth.
Näher am Zentrum geht nicht! Sehr schöner Platz. Sehr freundliche Besitzerin. Mehr als 6m Teilintegriert geht aber auf keinen Fall!

Für eine Nacht und eine Besichtigung von Bologna hervorragend. Eine Nacht 2Personen autark 40€ ist völlig okay. Gastgeberin sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Mit 6m Camper gut möglich zu rangieren. Würde es bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen

Uno spot veramente speciale come la padrona di casa. Potete lasciare il vostro mezzo ad un passo dal centro senza rischiare brutte sorprese. C’è tutto quelli di cui avete bisogno, mancano i servizi, ma per passare un paio di notti va benissimo. Ci torniamo sicuramente! Vi consiglio di chiamare prima di venire

Christina ist eine großzügige Frau, sie gewährte einem Gast vor uns einen Aufenthalt bis 18.30. zu spät für uns. wir hätten auf einem Parkplatz 4 € pro Stunde bezahlt 40€ für die Nacht ohne Dusche/ Wasser/ Toilette. haben uns einen Parkplatz gesucht und sind abends aus der Stadt gefahren
si parcheggia nel giardino del b&b in pieno centro. la proprietaria molto disponibile e cordiale. il prezzo è giustificato dalla posizione. la notte, nonostante la strada affianco, si dorme bene. consigliato sia per visitare Bologna e i dintorni sia, come nel nostro caso, per una sosta durante un viaggio molto lungo.
Posizione molto comoda a pochi passi dal centro storico; spazio molto ristretto adatto solo a un mezzo furgonato. Eccessivamente caro in relazione ai servizi forniti.
Idealer Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch der Altstadt. Christina ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Hof liegt geschützt, die Zufahrt ist aber eng. Wir haben uns eine Schramme an einem Müllcontainer geholt. Nur für Vans geeignet.

Ideal to walk to the center of Bologna. It is a privat small yard, but large enough to park our integrated camping car. The place is absolutely secured. The owner has B&B, is very kind and helpful. She gave us precious tips where to eat best local food. I can only recommend.
