Excellent location right next to Northumberlandia. Great for a walk, run & views. Peaceful night. Milk vending machine in car park & cafe open during the day. £3 donation suggested.
Aire de stationnement à côté de Northumberlandia. Il y a un portail mais il n’a jamais été fermé la nuit depuis deux ans. Il n'y a aucun signe pour interdire les nuits. C'est à côté d'une route mais j'y suis resté plusieurs fois et je n'ai jamais eu de problème. Toujours arrêté au crépuscule et à l'aube lorsque les promeneurs de chiens arrivent
Parking area next to Northumberlandia. It does have a gate but it’s never been closed over night in two years. There are no signs to say no overnights. It is next to a road but I’ve stayed a few times and never had an issue. Always pulled up at dusk and away by dawn when dog walkers arrive
Parkplatz neben Northumberlandia. Es gibt zwar ein Tor, aber es wurde seit zwei Jahren nie über Nacht geschlossen. Es gibt keine Anzeichen dafür, dass Übernachtungen verboten sind. Es liegt neben einer Straße, aber ich war schon ein paar Mal dort und hatte nie ein Problem. Wird immer in der Abenddämmerung hochgezogen und im Morgengrauen weggezogen, wenn Hundeführer ankommen

rsboden27/08/2025I have spent many peaceful evenings here. Please remain respectful. No fires. No campsite behaviour. No litter. PLEASE make a "car park" donation at the cafe/park entrance. I'd love to keep this place going...
LaRiviereEnVan27/07/2025Nous sommes arrivés sur cet emplacement en début de soirée. Il s’agit d’un grand parking en gravier avec un terre plein central. Si l’endroit semblait paisible, nous avons dû rapidement partir en raison de sa fréquentation par des jeunes qui y faisaient du rodéo avec leurs voitures (pointes de vitesse, virage en dérapage). C’était un samedi soir, peut-être la raison de ce ballet de voitures.

Great night here. lovely to be able to get up and walk the dog in the park. cafe lovely too. great stop over very quiet.

Stayed in January, stayed at back end of car park. Only van that night, was the odd car that come and went through the night. Great for walking around Northumberlandia. Definitely recommend getting out for a walk at night when a clear sky.

Came to this area for an AGM at the hotel one mile away. Stayed at this car park for two nights with no problem. Parked by the tree line so was far enough away from the road which was not busy. Sunrise out of my van window was amazing and as long as you park away from the entrance you will not be bothered by the dog walkers in the morning. It is end of September and i was the only user.

Vast car park close to a fast road so it is fairly noisy during the day. Another van with us at the far end! Quiet undisturbed night.

Great little overnighter with excellent dog walking. I was here last night for a running event and a motorhome pulled up asking about overnight parking. The cafe was still open so the motorhome owner went in to ask if overnighting was ok. The answer was yes - just pay a donation for the upkeep of the park. Arrive late, leave early and enjoy your night.
