Lovely view in the morning with own private beach. Contrary to reviews can fit a camper van down there, however prepare to sleep on a wonk. Difficult to reverse down in the darkness, but able to drive down forwards. Road can be heard, however minimal night traffic apart from the odd vehicle.
Lovely view of the loch with private beach and swing. Fairly noisy at night with vehicles driving past on a busy road. Lots of human waste, toilet paper etc.
Sehr schöner Übernachtungsplatz direkt am Ufer des Loch Lomond mit eigener Schaukel und eigenem kleinen Strand. Der Stellplatz ist nicht eben, aber dafür ist die Aussicht wunderschön. Auf der Straße daneben ist relativ viel Verkehr, nachts wurde es aber auch irgendwann etwas ruhiger. Ansonsten aufpassen bei der auf und abfahrt vom Platz! Nicht höhergelegte Fahrzeuge werden aufsetzen!
Sketchy to revese down into, but if your a confident driver you'll be just fine! Absolutely insane spot for my last night in scotland - my own private beach and swing! REMEMBER TO LEAVE NO TRACE the amount of human rubbish and waste here is disgusting so have to turn a bit of a blind eye but thats the only downside!
Found this spot on our own and looked for it here after to review. Amazing location, easy access to the water, beach and a swing. Only suitable for a single small camper. We were in a Honda Stepwagon and managed to get relatively flat ground with maneuvering. Wouldn't be able to use any vehicle bigger than that without being on a slope.
