huntd197008/02/2026Recently tarmac car park. Very peaceful nights sleep. Felt safe. Stayed out of season and on a Saturday night. There is some litter, not down to vans! If I had bought my litter picker from out of my other van, I’d have picked it up. Let’s say it’s not the type of litter you wouldn’t want to pick up with your hands, even with gloves! Great stay.

good spot hidern behind some bushes almost flat as well as looks like just been freshly tarmaced. all good no bins so let's keep tidy take our rubbish

Small level tarmac parking area next to RSPB wetland and RAF Valley, probably good for 10 vehicles. Quiet night alone, lots of RAF activity during the day but no jets flying after dark. No facilities.

Easy to find with GPS co-ordinates, quiet enough, nice little on-lead dog walk into Valley RSPB reserve that takes you to the end of the runway no bin so rubbish goes with you

nice quiet spot at the weekend. surrounded by bushes so very private . was clean when there so hopefully will stay that way
calbri15/02/2025Entrance is quite narrow for bigger motor homes but quiet and quite secluded for an overnight stay. It’s right opposite the RAF housing. 3 stars because of the narrow entrance only

Easy to find. Flat parking area. Spent one night, no issues, very quiet, would return.

great place to pull in for the night. There is some road noise but it quiets down around 10pm and starts around 7am. It is next to an active RAF base so don't expect a lie in past 8am. quite a bit of privacy from the road too.
