Would do in a pinch if really had too but super busy area of shopping centre area - lots of foot traffic for the McDonalds - turned up didn’t stay - wouldn’t recommend
Stayed here on Monday night. Arrived about 9pm, left at 6am. Free as advertised, you get a ticket on entrance and have to scan it on the way out. There’s a McDonald’s next door and also a PureGym which was handy. I did get woke up at about midnight by a car with a loud exhaust speeding around the car park but other than that it was perfectly fine for the night.
just as advertised. free between 1800- 0700 we arrived around 2030 and it was fairly quiet, a couple of cars, and workers leaving stores. there's a McDonald's next door, (1 minute walk) that stayed fairly busy, but this did not affect or bother us. left early with no issues there's a train line at the back edge of the car park that may bother some people, and a small river the other.
I was asked to move along by security after staying 1 night there. They were friendly enough though and happy with me leaving the van as long as I wasn't sleeping in it.
It’s just the parking for the retail park, no restrictions on motorhomes and would be good for just the day as is expected to be used. However, we arrived on a Sunday night around 7pm and by 8:30 had teenagers trying to open our van doors and banging on them, crowding around another van too and throwing food at it etc. Luckily we had doors locked and got out of there pretty fast. NOT SAFE.
