Welcome to our small, family-run campsite, nestled on a peaceful hillside surrounded by nature. A quiet and spacious spot, ideal for relaxing, recharging, and enjoying hiking or cycling. HOW TO FIND US: Upon arriving at number 12, you will see two stone columns and an open gate. Go through the gate and follow the paved road uphill to the parking area near the building. WHAT WE OFFER: • 2 indoor bathrooms (toilet + sink) – NO showers (under construction) • Drinking water and electricity available • Outdoor tables and terraces for relaxing or dining • Herb garden with mint, sage, and rosemary • Nighttime lighting and CCTV surveillance • Recycling bins at the entrance • NO grey water disposal point on site – a pay-per-use point is available nearby LOCATION: Our campsite is located just 4 km from Cividale del Friuli, a charming UNESCO World Heritage town rich in history and character. It's accessible by bike or on foot in about 40 minutes through the countryside. The surrounding area also offers local restaurants, agriturismos (farm stays), and family-run wineries to explore. NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Hiking, cycling, wine tasting, Vespa and quad bike rentals (on request).

Dear travelers and campers, The Lipa Plac Postojna campervan parking lot is conveniently located next to the road connecting the center of Postojna, the Postojna Cave Park and Predjama Castle, with the Lipa Plac restaurant adjacent to the parking lot. In the period from 24/06/2025 to 02/11/2025 you can take shuttle bus from the location LIPA PLAC to Postojna Cave and to Predjama castle. The bus station is just next to LIPA PLAC RV PARKING. Guests are also welcome in our restaurant which is just next to the parking and which offers different food, also Slovenian traditional food, spoon food, grill, calamari, pizza, meat, burgers, salads, desserts etc. 22,90 € per night per campervan/ 24 hours The price includes a parking space, water, electricity and shared sanitary facilities (toilets, sinks and showers). The toilets are also accessible for disabled people. Wi-Fi is free for all Lipa Plac guests. The location has a large lawn and a children's playground, creating an ideal setting for families. We also offer electric bicycle rental services. LIPA PLAC welcomes you all year round.

Our story is not about centuries, traditions and passion for viticulture. We leave that story to others. Our story is about the journey of a spouse who inherited a winery at the ages of 26 and 30. It was not a planned or easy journey. It was full of "difficulties", uncertainties and difficulties. But when life stops you and gives you a winery with vineyards, you have to make a wine that people like. We have been doing this since 2002 and we hope you enjoy our world as much as we do. We are fortunate to be in the middle of a tourist triangle formed by the Adriatic, Venice and the Dolomites. We are only 5 minutes from the A4 motorway (Cessalto exit) between Venice and Trieste, a great location for exploring the area. A small supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy, a post office and a bank are just a few steps away from us.
