great spot! a few head the balls in cars but absolutely no bother.

Aucune barrière ni limitation de stationnement.
Petites poubelles aux alentours.
Il y a aussi un petit café à côté des bateaux sur le canal.
Il y a beaucoup de promeneurs de chiens mais il y a toujours des places disponibles.
Endroit parfait pour un pique-nique, une promenade avec son chien, une vue relaxante sur la Mersey, une observation des oiseaux... Etc.

There is also a little cafe next to the boats on the canal.
Gets busy with dog walkers but there are always spaces available.
Perfect spot for a picnic, dog walk, relaxing view of the Mersey, bird watching... Etc

Neben den Booten am Kanal gibt es auch ein kleines Café.
Es gibt viel Betrieb mit Hundeführern, aber es sind immer Plätze frei.
Perfekter Ort für ein Picknick, einen Hundespaziergang, einen entspannenden Blick auf den Mersey, Vogelbeobachtung usw

Arrived in the evening however there was a large group of boy racers being loud so decided not to risk it

A large flat car park with plenty of room. However, there were a few other users around, which made us a bit nervous, so we parked near another van that also appeared to have stopped for the night. It was a bit noisy during the evening but quietened down later on. We got inundated with midges as soon as we opened the door in the morning. It served a purpose, but I doubt we would use it again.

We only live round the corner, so we used it as a “first night in the van” test. As mentioned before, loads of spaces, nice walks and a cafe on site. Quiet overnight, with a little bit of road noise, but we had our maxxair and skylights open. Some early morning cyclists and dog walkers arrived at about 07.30, but overall recommended
