Falklandmuppet14/08/2025Wot a cracking site, dead friendly owner, right on edge of Barnard castle, grass & hardstanding pitchs all with metered EHU +£15 a night, bogs (no shower), bus stop right outside gates, lidl 2mins walk away, (u can pay to empty y bog & gray waste when passing just like an aire), defo come back, lev nowt behind

cracking site we stayed 2 nights. there is a bus stop a few mins walk away to get you into Barnard Castle. ehu is on a meter which we prefer. will definitely be going back

è un parcheggio privato con i servizi essenziali. siamo arrivati alle 8 di sera , il proprietario è stato gentile e ci ha accolto nonostante la tarda ora. rivolgersi alla casa in fondo a sx.

Great Location, 1 mile walk into local town with many cafes, shops, attractions & lovely walks. The site has Grass/ Hard stand pitches well spaced. It is an Aire style site with 1 outdoor toilet, drinking water, elsan, recycling area. We stayed 1 night & for us we enjoyed it, due to the location.

Not really a campsite, more a storage facility for vans, caravans and motor homes. Toilet is in a old brick shed/outbuilding! There is a place to empty toilet but didn’t find a tap! Not sure what I paid £15 for apart from location. Walk into town was nice but road very noisy! Vans very close together which makes for a few noisy night!
