Our room "La Quaglia" (CIN IT054033C201036076) with a kitchenette and bathroom is located in a historic tobacco cottage.
Fixed price: €45 (including hot water and electricity).
From mid-June to the end of September, you can use the pool and enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful view.
Please note: Only vehicles up to a maximum weight of 3.5 tons are permitted on our property!
Motorcycle trailers are only allowed upon request!
We are a small family – Nicole, Marcel, and Julius – and we emigrated from Germany to Italy five years ago. We now have a small estate with quail, and we love our home. We sell quail eggs and quail meat.
And then there are our kittens Kitana and Finn, our two roosters Stan and Olli, and a whole bunch of hens that lay organic eggs.
Our paradise lies nestled in the heart of the lush Umbrian countryside, at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by nature. We enjoy breathtaking views of the Umbrian landscape, a lake, and a large swimming pool.
With a bit of luck, you might see and hear cows or our neighbors' sheep grazing in our meadows.
In autumn, truffle hunters and their dogs come to our property in search of the prized truffles.
Our property encompasses nearly 9 hectares, bordered on one side by a stream. We have a small lake that feeds our pool, and in early summer, countless water lilies bloom on its surface.
At night, on clear nights, you'll be treated to a breathtaking starry sky, and in June, fireflies dance across the meadows.
Here, the foxes and hares truly bid each other goodnight, and if you're lucky, you might even spot deer.
We would love to share this paradise for a few days with friendly people who appreciate nature and look forward to some wonderful conversations.
