prima nacht gehad, ik kan mij niet vinden in het commentaar hieronder, wij stonden hier met zeker 8 andere campers. de nacht was rustig wij verbleven hier woensdag op donderdag.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Laut ohne Ende. Man bekommt kein Auge zu. Hinter dem Platz ist ein Stellplatz für LKWs die ständig hin und herfahren.

Prima (en legitieme) plek om te overnachten als je met de ochtendferry naar Hoek van Holland gaat. Toiletten zijn open tot ca. 22.00. Vlakbij zijn twee grotere supermarkten. Na de incheck van de avondferry is het heerlijk rustig. Als je twijfelt waar je mag staan kun je het gewoon vragen aan het havenpersoneel dat er rondloopt.

Perfect if you are getting early ferry. Toilets available (not sure when they close) and staff were very nice. Would recommend!

Super for an overnight stop before the ferry. We asked staff if it was OK to stay and they responded, absolutely no problem. Toilets were open when we arrived at 9.30pm. Quiet nights sleep, a little passing port traffic but nothing to grumble about. Would definitely stay here again before the ferry.

I have just spent the night in my Caddy Maxi campervan on the parking place in front of the check-in. There was no-one there for me to ask or for them to complain. The Facilities building, with toilets and a hot drink machine, was open. Now I am in the queue for the ferry ...

Park by the fence before the booking in kiosks. (Actually, you don’t need to get on the ferry as far as we could tell, because nobody checked!) Regularly used due to the day sailing being miles cheaper than overnight, so ideal for camper vans. There are toilets etc across the lanes, but locked overnight. Felt safe with others there, and did not find it overly noisy. All tarmac, and bright lights.

Just pulled up, it’s midnight exactly, no security guards but just pulled up next to all the other campers. Set up the roof tent, easy peasy. Great after a 5 hour drive! No toilets, had a cheeky wee up the alleyway opposite ? so greatful to places for letting us do this! It really helps and I’m sure we will spend some money on coffees etc when the cafe opens

Fantastic to allow overnight stays for those taking a morning ferry. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We stayed with around 10 others. We did get woken around 4am by traffic and port noise, but for the freebie and easy start the next morning it was worth it. Thank you!

Very convenient and popular stopover for the morning ferry to the Netherlands. Thanks to the port for making this possible. Stood here with >15 campervans for the Tuesday ferry.

As an overnight stop before or after a ferry crossing it’s ideal. There are toilets available but not all night. Bit of noise early on but not an issue. Morrisons less than a mile away for fuel/groceries. Would use again

Gut zum Übernachten wenn man in der Früh auf die Fähre nach Hoeck van Holland will. Man darf nicht lärmempfindlich sein!

Parking here is ideal for morning ship to Hook of Holland with Stena Line. Many other campers were there and the staff in the port was nice and helpful. Also building with toilets and snacks was open.

Simple, exactly as written. Toilets open and plenty of space for campers, etc to park. Bits of background noise around but nothing to worry about. Wake up, coffee, burl camper around, marshal points to a lane and you’re good to go!

Spent a comfortable night with many other motorhomes at the Stena Parking. The visitors centre is available during opening hours for refreshments and toilets. They have bins for disposal of food rubbish as well. The road and harbour noise is acceptable under the circumstances.

Not a bad place to stay the night when awaiting the morning ferry to Holland, although we were disturbed from about 3am onwards with traffic noise so probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Very convenient for morning ferry. Advised by security to park up in short lanes over to left of entrance, and forward from road to rear as local kids have been known to 'knock and run'.

Très bon spot pour dormir et attendre le ferry du matin. Veillez à laisser des places de parc libres le long de la barrière pour le Staff.

brilliant stop for the night. friendly staff, toilet (closes around 11pm but opens again at 5am), not noisy, stayed there with about 10 other campers as we waited for the overnight ferry. no complaints. free wifi

Great little spot, we arrived at about 8PM. Security was fine with us staying here - room for about 10 people. Facilities open 2 hours before and after ferry set off - sometimes all night but not always. Facilities just toilet and sink and some hot drink and snack dispensers

Chucking it with rain last night but good having the facilities open opposite. Handy for the check-in for the 9am ferry

We kwamen vanaf HVH met de 14.15 uur boot naar Harwich: voor de derde keer dat ik hier stond: vanaf de boot direct langs het hek geparkeerd en heerlijk geslapen: wel wat herrie van verkeer dat de boot weer op gaat: de volgende ochtend fris en fruitig naar Bath gereden: heerlijk uitgerust

We arrived about 6pm, must have been between the security shift change because no one here at all. Just parked over on the left in front of the signs saying you need a permit. New shift came on and have ignored us. Now there are four of us. Has been a bit noisy with traffic but we've been in much louder places. Free WiFi signal is good enough for streaming.

We stayed overnight last night for the morning 9am ferry with no problems (arrived at 9pm). We spoke to security and they said it's not a problem. They said to park up along the left fence before the lanes or in the Left hand corner near the electric car charge points. Some noise with cars, lorries and general ferry port stuff but nothing to disturb. Felt very safe and secure.

I asked an employee about staying here since I had to catch the morning ferry. He said that it's not possible and I need to find some other place. Don't know if they have changed their policies or if I was in a bad luck. Good facilities for waiting the ferry at least, free wifi, toilets and a vending machine.

Stayed here last night as I took the morning ferry. Asked the employees and they said it was fine. In total 3 motorhomes and a car stayed here. Toilets, vending machine, coffee machine and WiFi available. A bit noisy, but was fine for me. Felt very safe.

Good place for waiting at the ferry. We parked here for the night along with about 20 other camper vans to catch the morning ferry of 9 AM. There is some common background noise in the distance which you will hear in every harbour and some trucks driving by just at the other side of the fence.

Stayed here the night before we caught ferry and the night we came back. No issues at all. Toilet facilities are open while ferry is in dock, free Wi-Fi is available also while ferry is in dock. Supermarket and fuel really close by. Just gets a bit noisy, but no problems at all

Ditto all the other reviews. The sat nav on here isn’t entirely accurate: just follow the signs on arrival and the security guard will direct you where to park. The toilet was open late and early, just a few m from the van! Can refill small water bottle here too. Morrisons petrol garage is automated after hours.

Turned up around 12PM and saw other campers parked up. Had no issues parking and had a petrol station 2 minutes away to fill our water up. It was quite noisy so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Very kind security personnel didn’t mind us parking overnight from 7.30 PM until we had to board the ship the next morning. It felt very safe. It is very well lit. No toilets e.g. on site.

A great spot. We parked up easily along with a few other campers, nice and quiet for the night. Toilet facilities closed when we arrived at gone 11pm, they reopen 2 hours before departure times apparently.

Stayed overnight whilst waiting for 9am ferry. Security guard advised no problem to stay overnight, a couple of other s doing the same. Toilets available and a couple of vending machines for drinks snacks. Quite quiet spot and felt safe as within the ferry terminal.

Just got here. All good. Sign on the fence says no parking without a permit, but 10 vans parked here for the night, and I spoke to the security guard who was very pleasant and said “no problem” to stay the night. Good option!

Catching the 9am ferry, arrived here at 7pm the night before and spoke to the security guard and they said we could park along the fence overnight. Toilets opposite close at 11pm but reopen at 5am. Perfect really!

Rustig overnacht, op het terrein van Stena om de volgende morgen de ferry te nemen naar Hoek van Holland. samen met een 7 tal campers en enkele auto's met caravan. Volgens de security geen enkel probleem, als je de volgende dag de boot neemt.
