Very easy, lots of space. No services but a cheap stop over with benefits of train & bus services to all areas. Safe place to park & explore from. Quiet over night, no trains running.

Übernachtet am 29.8.25 - Der "Südparkplatz" in der Nähe der Einfahrt hat genug Platz für einen Übergang. Unbedingt mit dem QR-Code/Webpage bezahlen, dann bekommt man ein echtes 24h Ticket. Der Parkautomat stellt Tickets bis max. 4:00 AM aus. Super für einen Besuch in St Ives (Bahnpersonal sehr freundlich, Hin-Rückfahrt für Familie 8,40 £).

Cannot but agree. Very quiet and appropriate. Currently a Cornwall family day bus ticket, online for £10. Excellent connections to entire Cornwall. Bus 15 is a direct line to St Michaels Mount, which is perfect to avoid the crowded parking at Marazion Beach. Also around 10:00 you can take line 7 which travels along the entire scenic tin coast all the way to Land's End. Two hours of pure beauty.
somedaydream02/08/2025Very nice place. It costs £5 all day until 4am in the morning. It was quiet at night. It’s possible to use the train station toilets. It also has a small cafe, where we got Cornish tea and Cornish pasty. There are two parking places, south and north. North is in front of train station and busier. We prefer south parking. I would come back again for sure.

we stayed last night and took the bus to Penzance the following morning. We arrived around 8 pm on Friday night and it wasn't free overnight but charged us 5 until 4am so we extended the ticket until 4am Sunday morning. cost 10 really quiet at night and I think we were the only ones there. will definitely use it again for st ives.

Surprisingly quiet night spent here. We arrived around 1pm on a Wednesday afternoon and had to wait for a space to become available & got the train into St Ives. Returned appx 6pm and moved to a more suitable space. Nice quiet night. Toilets at the station but closed about 6pm. Petrol station with small shop located about 10 min walk away otherwise no facilities. Would stay again!
kat_s30/10/20245 larger spaces dedicated for caravans/motorhomes right at the entrance to the parking. We managed to fit it 8m MH thanks to an overhang. Road at the back is for the recycling centre so not used at night. Current fees in the last pic. Parking filled up late morning in the half term, but many places still left. Stayed overnight alone, 2 more campers arrived the next day. Great option overall

Noche tranquila y barata, aparcamiento muy grande y vacío por la noche, con alguna autocaravana más. El tren pasa hasta las 23:30 aproximadamente, luego ya no pasa durante la noche. En la misma estación se coge el tren a St Ives, 10 minutos, 2£
mescal3119/08/2024Parfait camp de base pour découvrir St-Ives ou Penzance en Park&Ride train ou bus (2£ l'aller simple). Nuits très tranquilles également, à un coût très modique (moins de 5£). Possibilité d'utiliser les toilettes de la gare quand celle-ci est ouverte.

Für 1 Nacht o.k. Von der Straße war es ein wenig laut. Es gibt aber noch weitere Parkplätze die ruhiger sind. Park and ride Parkplatz.
