Le terrain est plat et spacieux, planté de caroubiers.
Il dispose d'une grande piscine, d'un trampoline pour enfants, d'une salle de bain privée avec douche, et de la possibilité d'utiliser un réfrigérateur et un lave-linge.
Nous sommes à 5 minutes de la ville de Llucmajor et à 30 minutes de la capitale, Palma.

It's a flat and spacious lot with some carob trees.
It has a large pool, a children's trampoline, access to a private bathroom with shower, and the possibility of using a refrigerator and washing machine.
We are 5 minutes from the town of Llucmajor and 30 minutes from the capital, Palma.

Wir bieten unser Hausgrundstück für Camper an. NUR VANS, KEINE WOHNMOBILE.
Es ist ein flaches und geräumiges Grundstück mit einigen Johannisbrotbäumen.
Es verfügt über einen großen Pool, ein Kindertrampolin, ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie die Möglichkeit, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine zu nutzen.
Wir sind 5 Minuten von Llucmajor und 30 Minuten von der Hauptstadt Palma entfernt.

Es un terreno plano y espacioso con algunos algarrobos.
Cuenta con una gran piscina, trampolín para niños, acceso a baño privado con ducha, posibilidad de nevera y lavadora.

Emplacement situé dans le grand terrain de la maison. Service minimal assuré avec une douche chaude, des WC dans une salle de bain, ainsi qu'un grand frigo et une machine à laver. S'il fallait relevait un petit point à améliorer, un bac pour la vaisselle aurait été grandement apprécié. Les chiens sont supers sympas !
Bon lloc per passar la nit, dutxa, tranquil, i uns gossos majissims!
Le calme, l’espace, très important pour se poser et passer un très bon moment. Ns sommes restés 5 nuits. Par contre vélo et balade c’est top. Présence de 3 chiens trop gentils. Merci à Rosa et son mari. Peut-être qu’un évier pour la vaisselle serait bienvenue. Je recommande sans hésitation Pierre et Marie
casa particular con un amplio terreno para aparcar y mucho espacio a la sombra. Baño y ducha con todo lo necesario a tu disposición. Zona chill out con hamacas, sofas y piscina grande y profunda. 3 perros grandes muy bien educados y cariñosos. para llegar el camino parece estrecho pero da de sobra para una furgo grande. sitio que marcamos como favorito, sin duda
Un lugar envidiable, estuvimos 6 días en la sombra de un olivo. Disfrutamos del espacio, de la piscina y de los servicios. Gracias a Pablo y a Rosa por hacernos tan agradable la estancia y como no a sus 3 perritos tan educados y cariñosos. Volveremos Pere i Dolors.
Lots of space, beautiful pool, clean bathroom and friendly hosts. We only stayed one night but would liked to have stayed longer. The host has 3 very friendly dogs. Overnight you could hear some of the neighbouring dogs barking but it was not really disruptive.
Toller Platz, sehr nette Famiel und tolle Hunde kann ich nur empfehlen. Die Anfahrt ist mit einem normalen VW T5 kein Problem
? man wird ausgezeichnet empfangen!! Pablo bemüht sich ihre Wünsche zu efüllen. Mega Pool (ca. 1,2-2,1m), Pablo mit seiner Frau bemühen sich dass er sauber bleibt. 3 nette Hunde sorgen um Sicherheit :), Frischwasser auffüllen möglich, wenn schon ein Fahrzeug an Strom angeschlossen ist, sollten sie genug langes Kabel mitbringen um sich dazu anzuschließen. Danke an Pablo und seine Familie.
Nous avons passé six nuits chez Rosa et Pablo, excellent accueil, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine , du trampoline et du calme. Les 3 chiens sont adorables. Lieu propice à la détente , vous étions sous un olivier ! Toilette, douche, électricité comme convenu. Un très bon moment.
Mooie, rustige plek om te overnachten. Zwembad en sanitair zijn dik in orde. De weg ernaartoe is niet eenvoudig maar doenbaar voor vans.
Rosa and Pablo are amazing host, not only the place, but the family and vibe was spectacular. Huge territory, garden and common areas and bathroom was really good. Pool was awesome, the best thing after a long ride. We stayed here for only one day but If we ever come back to Mallorca, we'll definitely stop by again. PS: their 3 dogs are absolutely adorable ?
We stayed with Rose and Pablo for one night, and it was fantastic! Such a lovely, friendly family with wonderful kids and three sweet dogs! The pool was clean and huge, and the shower was spotless There’s plenty of space to park your van and fill up on water) A great place to relax — highly recommended!
Accueil agréable, sanitaire, douche , accès à la piscine. Grand terrain avec l’ombre des oliviers, pas loin de la ville, parfais pour ceux qui recherchent le calme !
Der Platz ist Ansicht schön, jedoch wenig gepflegt. Das Highlight waren die drei süßen Hunde und die Ruhe. Den Pool konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da dieser schmutzig war. Der Aufpreis bezüglich dem Hund und unserem 8 Monate alten Baby konnten wir jedoch nicht verstehen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und da, falls man etwas bräuchte.
We are 100% sure this place is a 5 star experience, but in may 2025 the place wasn't ready for us. The pool was dirty, unusable, the field wasn't maintained nor prepared for guests. I know the weather in Mallorca hasn't been the best this year, but if you offer your place for campers you should put effort in making sure they get the best experience. (Their dogs are beyond amazing)
Topplek om te genieten van rust, natuur, 3 leuke honden, een mooie omgeving en natuurlijk de gastvrijheid van Rosa. Prima basis voorzieningen en een heerlijk zwembad. Wij hebben hier 3 nachten gestaan voordat wij weer terug gingen met de boot naar vasteland. Aanrader!
We stayed for our last night in Mallorca at Rosa’s place and we were sad to leave. The space is very nice and calm. It has a toilet with shower. Its also very kid friendly with space to play. My son adored the 3 dogs! We recommend and would stay there again.
Wer Ruhe und Hunde mag ist hier am richtigen Ort. Sehr nette junge Familie, die eine grosse Wiese zur Verfügung stellt. Die Toilette & warm Wasser Dusche habe ich sehr geschätzt. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Super fijne plek om te zijn!! Heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren en hun drie leuke honden. Zeer aan te raden!
Super lieu au calme piscine WC douche lavabo privé grand espace en pleine nature au calme. A 20 minutes de Palma idéal pour visiter l ile. Nous y sommes restés tout le séjour. Accueil bienveillant des propriétaires et de leurs chien. A recommander
Nous avons passés une nuit au début de notre séjour à Majorque et une nuit à la fin. C est un endroit génial pour se poser au calme! Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles sur les arrivées. L emplacement est très grand avec des coins d ombre, douche et wc disponible, et la piscine est un grand plus avec la chaleur de l été, nos enfants ont aimés le lieux! Je ne peux que recommander !
hemos estado un par de días, y todo maravilloso. en su gran finca hemos tenido sombra, baño y ducha, acceso a la piscina y a tomar de luz. Son muy amables y puedes entrar y salir cuando quieras. Cuando volvamos a Mallorca volveremos.
Un 10, fabuloso. Un lugar magico, silencio tranquilidad. Ducha y WC limpio y muy correcto. Piscina grande, intimidad y Naturaleza. No se que mas decir, muchas gracias. El año que viene repetimos seguro.

Es ist ein schöner Ort mit allem was man braucht. Die wunderschöne Landschaft und Dörfer kann man mit dem Fahrrad, der Vespa oder zu Fuß erkunden. Wir haben die Vespa benutzt....einfach nur schön! Lieben Dank a die nette Familie. Die Hunde sind zum verlieben.
Este lugar es el oasis en medio del desierto de espacios para caravanas de Mallorca. Es muy amplio, muy tranquilo, muy natural y con todos los servicios que puedas necesitar. Anfitriones adorables que estuvieron disponibles en todo momento. Nos ofrecieron su piscina, lo que es absolutamente genial en un clasico torrido dia de verano. Gracias por compartir vuestra casa! Repetiremos sin dudarlo!
A lovely find for a peaceful nights sleep. The family and dogs are very friendly. Beautiful hot shower, and shade under the trees. Wish we found this place earlier.
Abbiamo trascorso qua 2 notti! il posto è davvero rilassante, ci siamo sentiti come a casa! WC con doccia, possibilità di caricare l’acqua e una bellissima piscina che è utilizzabile dai campeggiatori. Proprietari disponibili e super gentili, e due cani affettuosi ed educati.

Une famille très accueillante, l’endroit est calme, des sanitaires avec douche, une piscine qu’on a pas testé mais je recommande.
Estamos encantados,un lugar perfecto con electricidad,baño completo y piscina...... un sitio tranquilo para desconectar además de un familia encantadora...... por cierto ,mi niño a aprendido a nadar en este lugar así que ya está marcado en nuestra memoria para siempre. Lugar perfecto para alojarte varios dias. Gran piscina, parcelas planas y grandes, baños ducha y electricidad. Anfitriones de 10. Perros encantadores. Volveremos sin duda
