Camping Tirana welcomes you. We are a family-run campsite located near the small Kusi Lake and the rolling hills of the village of Kashar, just outside Tirana. Our story began in 2008 with our first guests, culminating in our official opening in 2015. FACILITIES The campsite is located within approximately 3 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, tobacco, and other Mediterranean plants typical of our region. At our campsite, you can find our own products, such as olive oil, wine, raki, and tobacco. Our pitches range from 50 to 70 square meters, and all accommodations are equipped with electricity. In addition to campers and caravans, our campsite also offers spacious and comfortable spaces for those who wish to bring their own tent. The facility offers showers, bathrooms, a washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen, refrigerator, common room, drinking water and wastewater connections, and a private bathroom for emptying the black water tank. We also offer storage services: upon request, we can leave your camper parked for short or long winter stays. LOCATION Our location is ideal for visiting Tirana with a reasonably priced shuttle or with your own bike or motorbike. Very convenient for your loved ones arriving or departing from Tirana Airport, as it is only 15-20 minutes away. Our campsite is ideal for relaxing, strolling around the lake, swimming, or even short trekking excursions. For those who wish to stay 4 nights, they only pay for 3! We are also open to working with young people who wish to stay for a period longer than 15 days in exchange for small tasks at the campsite, such as grape harvesting or olive picking. (To be arranged in advance by contacting the campsite.) IMPORTANT HOW TO REACH US Our campsite is located just 5 km from the SH 2 state road exit and the new A1 motorway. To easily reach our campsite, we invite you to follow our advice: set your GPS, Garmin, Maps, map.me, or other navigation systems to AcquaPark Albania Blue Magic Water 41.3675, 19.6875 (lat, lng) N 41°22’2.9388” E 19°41’15.1044. From this point, follow the signs for "Camping Tirana." We inform our dear guests that the last kilometer is unpaved, but in good condition and can be reached easily. (This stretch of unpaved road will soon be paved.) We are strategically located at the entrance to the city, to avoid heavy car traffic in the city! Our location is very close to Berat Castle, where you can park your camper and start visiting the castle on foot, and then walk down to the city in just 5 minutes. Our campsite is surrounded by greenery, surrounded by trees, fresh air and sounds of nature, an ideal place to relax away from the noise of the city! We know how important our four-legged friends are, that's why they are welcome in our campsite! A few steps from the campsite, you and your dog can enjoy relaxing walks in nature, among olive trees, scents of flowers and breathtaking views. The surrounding area offers quiet and safe paths for splendid mountain walks with your dog. Mary cooks unforgettable traditional Albanian dishes for our guests (only 10 euros/person), while I organize guided tours of the city and offer round-trip transportation with my comfortable 8-seater minibus at very affordable prices to the castle, the city, the swimming pools for hot days, the best wineries for tastings, or any other place according to our guests' preferences! We also offer transportation or excursions to the Osumi canyons, Bogova waterfall and Tomori mountain. Near us you can find: Coop supermarket, ATM, Petrol, Diesel and LPG station, Car Camper Service and camper wash! The central bus terminal is only 500 m away, while in front of the campsite there is the bus station that goes to the center of Berat or to the castle of Berat.
