Petit parking au bord du canal, agréable et calme la nuit. J'ai séjourné en milieu de semaine et c'était super. Idéal pour une escale rapide sur le chemin de West Highland Way, peut également marcher le long du chemin du canal vers Maryhill (à droite) et vers Bishopbriggs/Falkirk (à gauche).
Small car park alongside the canal, nice and quiet at night. Stayed over midweek and it was great. Ideal for a quick stop over on way to west highland way, can also walk along the canal path towards Maryhill (right) and Towards Bishopbriggs/Falkirk (left).
Kleiner Parkplatz am Kanal, nachts schön ruhig. Wir waren über die Wochenmitte hier und es war großartig. Ideal für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg zum West Highland Way. Sie können auch entlang des Kanalwegs in Richtung Maryhill (rechts) und in Richtung Bishopbriggs/Falkirk (links) wandern.

Super Platz. Auch mit 7,4m war es kein Problem, wenn man hinten etwas übers Gras ragt. Weit genug von der Straße entfernt, damit man super schläft. Haben uns sicher gefühlt. Nette kleine Grünanlage nebendran. Einen Wasserhahn gab es auch.
On s’y est installé et on a trouvé le lieu très sympa. Seulement nous étions seuls ce soir là et des gens sont venu tourner autour du van. Étant dans une impasse nous sommes partis car nous n’étions pas en sécurité.
Endroit calme et sympathique… jusqu’à l’arrivée de jeunes avec alcool, musique et concours de celui qui va le plus uriner. Nous avons dû partir en milieu de soirée car nous n’étions pas rassurés. Dommage.
Un lloc per passar la nit prop de Glasgow excel·lent. Nit molt tranquil·la en un lloc molt segur i molt ben cuidat. Hi ha un projecte comunitari molt interessant i hi tenen un bar/restaurant amb menjar molt bo, on també pots utilitzar els lavabos. Hi ha una aixeta amb aigua potable a disposició de tothom. Moltes gràcies per tot!

Très bel endroit pour la nuit à 15mn en voiture de Glasgow. En léger retrait de la route (qui est assez passante mais ça ne gêne pas trop). Cet endroit est géré par le centre multiactivités Lambhillstables, il y a des jardins partagés, des sculptures, des tables, des balades vers le mur d'Antonin et le long du canal, donc tranquille et parfait avec des enfants. Don suggéré pour la nuit.
A great place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere before heading into Glasgow. Only 17 minutes from the Kelvinbridge Subway Station (where there is a park and ride). There’s a path along the canal to walk/cycle that goes on forever. The cafe is very inexpensive, lovely staff and they have toilets too.
Sehr netter, und nachts recht ruhiger Platz, gute Spaziermöglichkeiten mit Hund. Im ersten Moment glaubt man nicht, dass man hier richtig ist, denn es sie zunächst nicht wie ein öffentlicher Parkplatz aus. Aber hier ist ein Schild, auf dem steht Campers welcome. Mit einem QR-Code wird um eine kleine freiwillige Spende für den Gemeindegarten gebeten, bei uns hat das aber leider nicht funktioniert.
Lovely parking place near the river (Forthe and Clyde canal). There’s a restaurant for breakfast and lunch. A bicycle path to Glasgow city Centre, 5 km. Unfortunately we cannot donate as Applepay does not work for Dutch people in Scotland.
Good and quiet place to sleep
Stayed here for one night. Close to the main road so a little noisy. Nice place to stay for the night, lots of kids around though so not sure if there is an after school care program

Wirklich sehr ruhig bis auf ein paar Straßengeräusche und Menschen, die abends im Community Garden unterwegs sind. Der Bus braucht auch nicht lange bis in die Stadt hinein. Für ein, zwei Nächte perfekt.
Endroit propre, calme. Les chiens y sont ici très à l’aise. Un accès à l’eau ainsi que des poubelles sont à disposition.
Endroit très calme et agréable, à l'écart de la route donc peu bruyant, avec un agréable petit parc juste à côté. Nous y avons passé une nuit très tranquille
Ruhiger Platz, das Community Center dahinter ist sehr sehenswert. Abends kommen hin und wieder mal Jugendliche vorbei, die aber recht friedlich sind. Absolute Empfehlung!
Bon emplacement qui, de plus, est calme la nuit. Un joli jardin jouxte le parking et il y a un chemin longeant le canal à proximité. L’accès à Glasgow peut se faire via le bus (ligne 7 ou 7A). Bonne réception 4G/5G et poubelle à dispositions. Bonne route !
Parking très bien entretenu avec plusieurs place. On a laissé le van ici sur la journée pour visiter Glasgow, une station de bus est juste à côté !

This wee place is an absolute gift - I had to attend a 5 day course near the airport and stayed in a different place within say, 20miles or so each night, but this one needs a special mention as it's one of those lovely little sanctuaries that suddenly appear in big cities, making you stop, pause and listen, Lambhill is a small community trust clearly they love the place, help them, do your bit.
seems a few locals leave their cars here. the road is quite busy until 9/10pm WiFi from the cafe is a plus! bins on site

Wir haben hier 2 Nächte gut geschlafen,die Jugendlichen die hier am Samstag Abend bis ca. 23 Uhr friedlich gefeiert haben, störten uns nicht. Wir fuhren von hier aus mit unseren Rädern am Kanal vorbei bis Glascow. Die Menschen hier sind sehr nett, sollte das Tor einmal geschlossen sein einfach im Café anrufen. Danke für diesen tollen und interessanten Platz mit seinen schönen Gärten.
Lieu sympa, quelques jeunes font du bruit mais sont rentrés chez eux à 23h. Train à 10 minutes à pieds pour se rendre dans le centre ville de Glasgow pour 5,20£ aller-retour. Je recommande !
Stayed here 1 night while visiting Glasgow for the UCI Men's Elite Road Race. Easy access to city centre by bike, about 20 mins and mostly on canal towpath. Youngsters were noisy until late and there was some road noise but overall great for what we wanted and free The community garden here supplies food for the café. Behind the garden is a copy of a Roman milestone found on the Antonine Wall
Tres belle halte pour une nuit. Le matin du passage car des jardins participatifs, départ de rando, possibilité de louer des vélos. Possibilité de prendre votre petit déjeuner voire repas… toilettes à l’entrée. La propriétaire est super gentille !!!! Je recommande
