Le centre de Zemun et les rives du Danube sont à 25 minutes à pied. Le parking est bien desservi par la route et facilement accessible de toutes les directions. Hello, you can use the doorbell that is on the pillar and we are open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (10:00-19:00) or you can contact me before you arrive via mail, call or message (sms, whatsapp, viber) so i can open the gate for you. Parking lot is private and safe and you can park your camper or any kind of vehicle that you got. Parking lot has a fresh drinking water, eletricity, WIFI, toilet with shower etc. City center is 15min away by car, but you can also use a public bus. Zemun center and Danube riverside are 25 min of walk away. The parking lot is well connected to all roads and is easily accessible from all directions. The stated price refers to one vehicle with two people.

Sehr freundlich, Platz tadellos und ein sehr hilfreicher Gastgeber. Ein super Platz für Transit oder auch um Belgrad anzusehen. Der Bus in die Stadt ist kostenlos. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr sicher und willkommen. Man kann in Euro zahlen, sollte es aber dann passend haben. Kartenzahlung ist auch möglich. Top WiFi
Świetne miejsce na bezpieczne zaparkowanie i nocowanie w Belgradzie. Czyste sanitariaty, ciepła woda, możliwość prania i suszenia z opłatą. Do centrum miasta można dojechać bezpłatna komunikacja, autobus nr 15 dowiezie Cię na miejsce.
Super plaats. Erg vriendelijke mensen. Schoon. Wasmachine en droger, Keurig toilet en douche. Je krijgt een eigen sleutel voor de buitendeur, dus altijd afgesloten. Heel makkelijk om met de gratis bussen naar het centrum te gaan. Wij zijn 3 nachten gebleven op onze terugreis van Turkije, 18 tot 21.12.2025.
Alles ist sehr schön. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Toilette und Dusche sind sehr sauber. Alle sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours ici, le propriétaire est super sympathique, l’accès est simple, il y a tout ce qu’il faut : douche, toilette, lave-linge et sèche linge, vous avez même le gel douche shampooing rien ne manque ici ! L’emplacement est pratique pour prendre les transports en commun qui sont gratuits à Belgrade. Nous ne pouvons que recommander de s’arrêter ici pour découvrir la ville

Perfekter Platz für den Besuch Belgrads.Anmeldung vorher empfiehlt sich.Die Zufahrt ist zuletzt etwas eng, aber sonst gut machbar.Dusche und Waschküche sind sehr sauber, auch für die ca.10 Plätze ausreichend.Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, der Platz liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend,fußläufig sind ein Supermarkt und Restaurants erreichbar.Zum Bus sind es 200-300m.

Bom lugar para visitar Belgrado. A paragem do autocarro fica a 10 minutos a pé e o autocarro 15 (gratuito) leva-nos ao centro da cidade em 20 minutos. O jovem proprietário é simpático e prestável. O espaço é pequeno, mas tem o essencial. Recomendo.

Wirklich toll das es diesen kleinen Camperstop gibt. Die Besitzer sind sehr engagiert und stehen einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Es gibt nur ein Bad und ein Waschbecken für Abwasch, wenn man mit mehreren Campern dort ist, kann es etwas länger dauern aber man ist ja im Urlaub. wir waren eine Nacht allein und eine Nacht mit vier Campern dort und haben nur minimal Wartezeiten fürs Bad gehabt.
Wir haben hier unser Wohnmobil abgestellt, weil wir mehrere Tage auf einer Hochzeit in der Innenstadt waren. Die Besitzerin war äußert hilfsbereit, wir haben Strom, Entsorgung und Frischwasser auffüllen können. Der Platz ist mit einem Tor verschlossen. Man bekommt während dem Aufenthalt einen Schlüssel für die kleine Tür daneben. Lage ist sehr gut, auch für die (kostenlosen) öffentlichen Buse.
Sehr gut für einen Besuch von Belgrad. Autobus fährt häufig ins Zentrum und ist gratis. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, man kann in Euro bezahlen (nicht nur in Dinar). Die Dusche wurde nach jeder Benutzung von der Besitzerin geputzt. Man steht auf Beton oder auf dem einzigen Schattenplatz auf Sand, dafür hier unter 2 riesigen Nussbäumen. Sehr sicher.
Man wird wirklich sehr herzlich empfangen. Es gibt ein Klo mit einer Dusche. Die Besitzerin ist wirklich sehr bemüht. Die Sanitäreinrichtung wird mehrmals täglich gereinigt. Es gibt zwei Schattenplätze. Nur Barzahlung (in serbischer Währung) möglich (2929 serbische Dinar=25€). Mit dem Bus kommt man kostenlos & problemlos in die Stadt! Können wir zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Excellent parking to visit Belgrade. Shade in a couple of spaces. All the facilities were very clean. The host was very responsive to my WhatsApp messages. Washing machine and dryer 5 euro per cycle. Would recommend and return if in the area again.
We spent 3 nights here. The site is perfectly located in Zemun, it is secure and easy to find. The hosts are very helpful and react very quickly to any requests, facilities are excellent. Buses to the old town run frequently and take only 35 mins or so. I recommend this site unreservedly.
Perfekt um Belgrad zu besichtigen! Wir wurden vom Besitzer sehr freundlich empfangen und er alles erklärt. Er beantwortet gerne und geduldig jede Frage. Die Toilette und Dusche ist sehr sauber! Ins Zentrum Zemun und ans Donau Ufer kann man spazieren, ca. 2,5 km. In die Altstadt kommt man mit den kostenlosen Linienbus.

Haben hier eine Nacht verbracht, war super! saubere Toilette & Duschen, es gibt einen Waschraum für Geschirr & Wäsche (5€ pro Waschmaschine/Trockner), Spülmittel & Waschmittel ist vor Ort. Es gibt 2 schattige Plätze unter einem großen Baum, falls man keinen Strom benötigt. Etwa 25min vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, aber aufgrund der kostenlosen Busse im Minutentakt super zu erreichen! Gerne wieder.!

Alles wie beschrieben, fast perfekt, bis auf den Preis. 25 € sind für Serbien ganz schön teuer. Aber das spart man am Bus in die City von Belgrad wieder ein.:-)Der ÖPNV ist in Belgrad wirklich seit Januar 25 gratis, die Busse fahren in sehr guter Taktung und sind auch nicht übervoll, wir hatten immer Sitzplätze.

Super option pour visiter Belgrade. On rejoint la ville par un bus gratuit en 30 minutes, qui mène directement au centre. À 2 km à pied, il y a le quartier de Zemun sur les rives du Danube. L'endroit est un simple parking mais tout à disposition super propre. Douche chaude avec bonne pression. Les propriétaires adorables, le fils peut proposer des excursions à la journée. Anfrage per E-Mail gesendet, sofort Antwort erhalten. Sehr freundlicher junger Mann und seine Mutter. 25 € ist etwas zu teuer für Januar, aber dafür ein guter und sicherer Platz für die Nacht. Sauberes Sanitäranlagen und man bekommt einen Schlüssel fürs Tor. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke, in 5 Minuten ist man wieder auf der Autobahn.
Πολύ ευγενικός οικοδεσπότης. Καλά προφυλαγμένο μέρος κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου για το κέντρο του Βελιγραδίου. 25 ευρώ για διαμονή, ρεύμα ,νερό. Το μπάνιο ήταν ένα,αλλά πολύ καθαρό με ζεστό νερό και κουζίνα. Πήγα στις 12.00 το βράδυ και ενώ ήταν Χριστούγεννα μου άνοιξε με ευγένεια. Μπράβο στον οικοδεσπότη.

Die Zufahrtsstraße ist recht schmal und wenn Gegenverkehr kommt wird es sehr eng. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden und konnten uns in englisch gut unterhalten. Den Stellplatz konnten wir uns aussuchen. Trinkwasser gab es mit einem langen Schlauch aus einem Schacht in der Erde. Am Hahn befand sich ein zweiter Anschluss mit einem Gardena-Adapter. Entsorgen konnten wir über einen vorhandenen dicken Schlauch, ebenfalls über einen Gulli in der Erde. Strom konnte man über eine Schuko-Steckdose bekommen.
Great spot for exploring Belgrade. Flat secure concrete site at 25€ per night with EHU and access to water and grey/ toilet dump. 5€ a load for washing/dryer. Only one shower/toilet but very clean bathroom. We stayed 5 nights and mostly only us so bathroom not a problem. 5 minute walk to catch bus into Belgrade or Zemun. Lovely owners and very helpful. Would definately stay again.

Excellent emplacement dans une ville où il est quasi impossible de se garer. Très bien placé pour visiter le quartier de Zemun. Accueil extrêmement chaleureux et accompagné de conseils. Tout est à niveau avec un sol dur. Tout est très propre (sanitaire, douche..). Wifi de qualité (antenne à proximité). Nous avons passé une excellente nuit au calme ! Merci aux propriétaires.

It was a safe and good place to park. Slightly expensive for what you get in our opinion (such as €5 to wash and dry clothes), we’ve gotten the same for €10 less per night, but the kindness of the owners made up for it. They have a lot of knowledge about the area and what to do.
Sicherer Stellplatz, sehr nette Betreiber, alles perfekt mit sauberer Toilette! Einfache Zufahrt auch mit grösseren Fahrzeugen (LKW-Overlander) möglich. Von hier aus kann man leicht zu einer Stadtbesichtigung aufbrechen. Des weiteren gibt es im Umkreis von 300m einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Parking with all you need (trash bin on the street) in a safe and quiet area. As mentioned, very hospitable hosts, all neat and clean, some campings could learn. I fully recommend to overnight or park a van/mh and spend some days in the city.
Der Platz liegt sehr zentral. Die Betreiber, die gut Englisch sprechen, sind mehr als freundlich. Der Sanitär Raum ist sauber und zweckmäßig. Das Auto steht im abgeschlossenen Hof, für den man einen Schlüssel erhält. Wir sind vier Nächte geblieben und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

hartelijke ontvangst en goede uitleg. Schone faciliteiten. Wij stonden twee nachten bijna alleen, dus dan is 1 badkamer (douche en wc in zelfde ruimte) prima. Maar wellicht dat wat onpraktisch als het druk is. 25 euro is voor ons wel het meeste wat we ooit hebben betaald voor parking met soortgelijke faciliteiten in grote steden (Istanbul, Tirana, Sarajevo etc).

It is a good place but the facilities are not so good. The toilet are very clean but is just one and, when 4-5 RV are inside, you must to wait very much. No coffe or facilities to prepare food . 5 euros to wash and 5 euros to dry clothes.

Endroit parfait pour visiter Belgrade. Lily et son fils sont très accueillants. Elle parle anglais et il parle français. C est très propre. Les propriétaires donnent toutes les indications nécessaires pour visiter. C est tellement mieux de communiquer avec des personnes locales disponibles et aimables plutôt que d aller dans un camping ou une aire de camping-cars. Je recommande vivement.

Netter Empfang, vorher per whatsapp kontaktiert, so dass das Tor geöffnet wurde. Toilette mit Dusche kombiniert, alles sehr sauber! Heisses Wasser für Dusche und Abwasch! Sehr zu empfehlen um facettenreiche Stadt zu besuchen!
Tal y como dicen, una alternativa muy cómoda para visitar Belgrado. Patio cerrado y seguro para despreocuparse de la autocaravana y visitar la ciudad. Llegar al centro en autobus es sencillo y rápido (15min) y gratis para extranjeros mientras no se pueda pagar con moviles extranjeros. Muy amable la atención de Lili.
Sehr netter Gastgeber und sicherer Stellplatz. Sanitäranlagen sehr sauber, man ist mit dem Bus (Station gleich ums Eck) je nach Tageszeit in 20-30 min im Zentrum von Belgrad. In der Gegend gibt es viele nette und günstige Lokale. 100% Weiterempfehlung!
Warm welcome by Lili, an host that make you comfortable all the time. 20 eur for a night with all the services (grey, black and fresh water, electricity) included, plus clean toilet/shower. Considering the alternatives and that here you are not on the street and you have gates securing the space, it definitely worths. We reach Belgrade by bike and it's "almost" flat 45 min.
Einfach und sicher, durch Stadtlage relativ viele Autos und Motorräder auch mal nachts. Freundlicher, herzlicher Empfang durch Besitzer. Stellplatz in der Stadt Zemun (Vorort von Belgrad), je nach Tageszeit 30 bis 60 Minuten mit dem Bus ins Zentrum von Belgrad. Sehenswert, sehr sichere Stadt mit unglaublich vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und sehr guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Top Restaurants.

Lovely mother and son running a lovely secure stop with all facilities. Lilly even drove me to a pharmacy to get a French prescription filled. (which they did!) Easy Bike ride into the city mostly on bike paths about 30 mins. Highly recommend.

Very good parking spot in Belegrad. Lilly is very nice and welcoming. She and her son? gave us all the information we needed. The "check-in" was really easy, you just call or write a message. We took a bus to the city center. Sanitaries were clean, but only one toilet together with shower. We felt safe. Really good option if you want to visit the city. We paid 20€, one night, two persons and car.
Super Stellplatz für die Durchreise oder auch zur Besichtigung von Belgrad. Zu erwähnen ist auch auf alle Fälle die Freundlichkeit von Lilly, sie stand uns für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung... ein paar Meter von der Bushaltestelle entfernt um mit der Linie 15 ins Zentrum zu kommen. Abgesperrter Platz mit Mauern umgeben, wir fühlen uns sicher, konnten unseren Van alleine lassen... Vielen Dank
Il posto è ottimo e accogliente. Per il caldo abbiamo lasciato spalancato notte e giorno e ci siamo sentiti al sicuro. Il bus è a 2 minuti a piedi e porta direttamente in centro. Lilly è iper disponibile con consigli e soluzioni per visitare la città. Doccia e wc puliti. Consigliato
Wir können den Platz nur empfehlen! Lilly ist wirklich sehr gastfreundlich und sie hat uns sogar eine neue Matratze für unseren van organisiert und transportiert. Alles ist sehr sauber und sicher. Die Gegend ist spannend zu entdecken und es gibt einige tolle Wochenmärkte in der Nähe. Der Bus bringt einen direkt ins Zentrum. Unbedingt auch beim Restaurant "drei Schweinchen" mal vorbeischauen.
A recommended stop for Belgrade. The lady was very friendly and helpful with lots of information - and very smiley!. The facilities were clean and we had a power supply. A quiet night sleep. The buses to the centre are regular, but you must purchase a ticket in advance from a kiosk.
Thank you so much Lilly. We were here for one night with a big Hymer Caravan with my wife, her dad and our two kids and it was super nice. Lilly was so kind. No problem with electricity. Clean toilet & shower because it is the same room. I would recommend this place for everyone.
miejsce warte polecenia. Bardzo pomocny i przemiły właściciel. Plac ogrodzony, każdy dostaje swój klucz do wejścia. Sanitariat czysty z gorącą wodą.
Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Super freundlicher Besitzer. Sanitäranlage war sehr sauber. Gutes Trinkwasser zum auffüllen war vorhanden.
habe dort eine nacht verbracht. echt super für die City zu besuchen. Besitzer sind super freundlich und sprechen englisch und etwas deutsch. 20 Euro die nscht für WC, duschen sowie Strom kann man nicht meckern. immer wieder gerne.
Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Eine Dusche und eine Toilette in einem Raum. Völlig in Ordnung und sauber. Alles in allem ein sicherer Platz um die Stadt zu erkunden. Nicht zu laut
I can absolutely confirm the comment below. The owner is very nice and helpful. The location is good for exploring the city via bus (no. 15, payable only with serbian SIM card) and bike (donau promenade).
Great place from which to explore the city. Very central to amenities & bus. The owner of this facility is extremely friendly and helpful. The bathroom facilities are of very good standard and also clean. Good & safe place without having to be concerned about anything.
