Excellent emplacement pour les fourgons car difficile de se garer dans le centre! Possibilité de rester la nuit (40£ pour 24h et renouvelable si besoin). Le personnel qui gère le parking est très accueillant et très arrangeant ; nous avons pu quitter notre emplacement pour aller faire le plein d’eau et revenir ensuite, ils avaient gardé notre place.

Perfect spot in the city. Cannot be more central, especially during the festival period. Quiet at night. We stayed two nights for £46. The breakfast from the Old House Café is gorgeous. Worth a try.

Excellent emplacement, on y a bien dormi, nous nous sommes mis au fond donc moins de passage. Lieu a 25min a pied du château, bus dans la rue adjacente. Nous avons payé 28€ pour un peu plus de 24h sur place. (Fourgon avec tente de toit)

Wenn man diese volle Stadt erlebt hat und die Parkgebühren anderswo, schätzt man diesen ruhigen Platz noch mehr. Er ist seinen Preis wert.

Kostengünstiger & sehr ruhiger Parkplatz. In die Innenstadt ist man in 10 Minuten gelaufen. Gutes Ausgangspunkt für Arthurs Seat

Die Lage zum Stadtzentrum ist sehr gut und man hat eine wirklich ruhige Nacht. Der Preis liegt inzwischen bei 25£ (vor 2 J. waren es glaube ich noch 18£). Er ist leider nicht kameraüberwacht oder abgesperrt. Daher der Stern Abzug. Aber wir haben uns hier trotzdem immer sicher gefühlt. Tipp: Old Wood‘s Café direkt um die Ecke bietet ein super leckeres Frühstück + lunch an. Ganz große Empfehlung!

Gute Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum. Ruhige Lage. Außer Fußgängern, die den Parkplatz überqueren, ist hier nicht viel los.

It’s 25£ per night plus 1.49 fee. I’ve just paid 51.49 for two nights, Sundays are not free. So it’s not cheap, hence deduction of a star. It is very quiet, well away from the busy streets, and felt safe. View on Arthur’s seat too! Cute little cafe on the corner. Easy to get to places by walking or bus.

Nur tagsüber geparkt. Sonntags kostenfrei! Das fanden wir auch erst heraus als wir bezahlen wollten. Direkt am Holyrood Park gelegen. Man kann dort spazieren gehen und auch in 30 min. ins Stadtzentrum laufen.

Great for proximity to Edinburgh city centre and felt very safe and quiet for overnight. Pre booked and paid for space via 'just park' as parked during fringe festival. However, the booth wasn't manned, and spaces weren't reserved, we only got a space due to someone leaving just after we arrived, probably safer to arrive early or late in busy times.

NOT FREE!! And you need to book in advance. I came here with my 6M van. Plenty of room but all spaces had been pre-booked. It would not allow me to pay. Plenty of room for large camper vans/motor homes. Several campers here during the weekend.

Parking idéalement situé pour visiter Edimbourg, nous y avons passé 24h (30£ en cash pour les motorhomes, petit supplément de 5£ comparé aux véhicules classiques, il a un distributeur à 2 rues si besoin) Attention véhicule long ! Il n’est pas toujours facile/possible de faire les manœuvres selon l’occupation du parking

Gute Innenstadtlage. 25£ für 24h. Ist für eine Stadt wahrscheinlich okay. Wir waren nur ein paar Stunden hier.

Ist ein kostenpflichtiger, schöner Parkplatz in guter Lage.

As festival and Tattoo in town we reserved a parking via app. Parking is just outside the LEZ, good for our Diesel.

AVOID. We stayed for 1 night and in the morning an angry resident woke us up banging on our window. She said camping is not allowed. We had already paid for 2 days. Sketchy to say the least.

stayed here 29/7/24 for 2 night. great area near city. got city bus bright bus tour. hop on hop off . great tour . 2 days £20.. great value. 7 or 8 campers every day. car park also. paid on line £30 night. getting more expensive as festivals month August. safe , no problems.

Angesichts dessen, dass man fußläufig zum Zentrum von Edinburgh parkt, ganz gut. Wärterhaus nicht ständig besetzt. Dann Zahlung mit App. Hat nicht funktioniert. Dann telefonisch. Das ging. Buchung mit Nummernschild. Zwei ruhige Nächte verbracht. Wir fanden es sicher. Gesamtlänge Fahrzeug 8 m nur auf einigen Plätzen möglich. Platz am Juliwochenende kaum besetzt.

Arrivés en milieu d'après-midi la guérite du gardien était fermée. Repartis le lendemain matin, le gardien nous a fait payé 12,5£. Sinon on peut payer via une application ou par téléphone, mais les tarifs ne sont pas affichés. En tous cas, nuit calme sans problème garés au fond du parking. La proximité à pied du centre ville est appréciable.

Haben hier 24 Std. (22,-)geparkt und übernachtet. Sehr ruhig und das Stadtzentrum ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Rustig parkeerterrein vlakbij de bezienswaardigheden. Fijne plek om te overnachten. Geen voorzienigheden.

Idéalement situé proche du centre ville et du Holyrood Park. Relativement plat. Attention tarif pour 24h00 de 32£ avec l’application . On avait un camping-car de 7.5m ça passe mais c’est limite.

Proche du centre ville : 15minutes a pieds. Endroit calme mais sans commodités et payant après ça reste plus sécuritaire pour une ville. Le personnel est sympa. Ne passez pas par just pay qui vous coutera plus cher. Le mieux est d’avoir de la monnaie et d’arriver avant 19h, vous en aurez pour 22£ les 24h.

très bien, bien placé, près des commerces et rues animées, payable via just Park (quelques frais en plus) par CB ou sur place en cash uniquement. le monsieur de l'accueil nous a dit que la nuit n'était pas interdite mais pas recommandée. je pense par rapport au voisinage et pour éviter de se transformer en camping. mais plusieurs véhicules sur place qui passent la nuit quand même. 22 £ pour 24h

When we arrived they tried to charge us £45 for 24 hrs! We decided to just stay the day (£12,50), then checked the app which clearly said £18/24h. Went back and got to stay the night for another £12,50 but then had to leave at 8 a.m. Ridiculous for an uneven space with zero facilities. But; location, location, location. At least that part was great and we love Edinburgh! Night relatively quiet.

Super angenehm. Ruhig und wir fühlten sicher. Bezahlen ging über die App. Am besten ist die Lage – viele nahe Lokale um Essen zu gehen, die touristischen Spots leicht zu Fuß erreichbar, ein naher und großzügiger Park mit Kinderspielplätzen, der wunderbare Arthur´s Seat und Holyroodpark super nah. Mit Hund ideal.

Pas de charme mais très pratique pour passer la nuit après ou avant la visite d'Edimbourg. À 10 minutes à pied du Royal Mile. Payable avec l'application.

Wir standen hier für eine Nacht von Sa auf So. Super ruhig, nah genug an der Innenstadt, wir fühlten uns sicher. Das Parkhäuschen war am Wochenende nicht besetzt, aber man bezahlt einfach über App. Haben für 17h 16,99 GBP bezahlt. Keine Facilities, dafür aber eben in der Stadt. Overnight-Parking ist dort klar erlaubt, über ein Schild am Eingang ersichtlich.
