watkin0723/08/2025Nice place it’s just for one very hard turn around 7 1/2 m motorhome busy with tankers going to the sewage farm must get tight in so they can pass lots of runners and dog walkers nice for one night

Quite a bit more overgrown than the photos show on my visit. Van leaned a lot and I struggled to get anywhere flat. Strong smell of manure and it was incredibly windy so I went elsewhere

Quiet and relatively flat area with a couple of spots further down the track. A39 is very close so gets noisier from about 7am. Dog walkers and farm vehicles but otherwise an ideal stopover

Quiet lane leading to cycle path to Bude also water treatment works at the end. Nice views over fields on first area. Dog walkers arrive from 7am and occasional lorry going to waterworks but would def use again.

Stay over on 26/7/23. Very quiet, not bothered by slight noise from water treatment works, good night's sleep.

Nice park up, lay-by was level. It’s near a water treatment plant so there’s a little bit of noise from there but good nights sleep had by all.

stayed there last night. 3 lay buys to park in. the road itself is a dead end and leads to a cycle/walk path that's about 1 mile from Bude and very picturesque. The main road is not far away so bit of traffic noise in the night, but definalty worth a night there.

Reasonably empty when i arrived at 10pm with only 2 vans parked up, full by the time i woke up with another van and 4 extra cars. A few spots near the top of the road which get a lot of road noise, and a few more down the end of the road which are next to some kind of water treatment facility, which makes an intermittent humming noise throughout the night. No views, but sheltered from wind.
