Beautiful spot. But noticed a farm type vehicle driving past several times early evening, which then came back at midnight with two or three other cars, all stopping and shining their lights onto our van, with a few men getting out of their vehicles near to us. Not sure if they were checking up on us or up to no good. We didn’t feel welcome or safe so we left.
Just off a quiet road and down a little track, which curves off the main road and joins back onto it a few hundred yards down. Could fit a couple vans along it. Great view over the valley and some good walking trails right out the door. Did use 1 ramp to get more level but not really essential. Enough space to sit out with a couple of chairs and let the dog run about on a long line.
Ein toller Platz ganz weit oben. Keine Bäume. Blieben hier für eine Nacht. Es hat geregnet und gewindet. Ein tolles Gefühl. Abends kamen ab und zu Autos vorbei. Aber es ist ein ruhiger Platz. Man kann zwei Wanderungen von hier starten. Viele Hasen und Schafe in der Nähe. Kein Mülleimer.
