Ideale parking in het centrum. Voor het grote huis zijn er 5 plaatsen voor grote campers (7m). Op het achterste deel steile afhellende plaatsen voor vans mogelijk. We betaalden £18 voor 24u in juli 2025.
Un petit parking situé en centre ville. Le terrain nous a été recommandé par un propriétaire de magasin local, les panneaux n'indiquent aucune restriction sur les nuitées ou les campeurs. Comme toujours, soyez respectueux envers la région, nous avons séjourné ici pendant le week-end de Pâques et avons passé une fantastique nuit tranquille. (Même pour un samedi). Parti tôt juste pour être respectueux envers les habitants utilisant le parking. Pas le plus plat des séjours mais nous convenait pour la nuit. Charmant pub local juste à l'entrée du parking et de nombreux restaurants autour.

Ein kleiner Parkplatz im Stadtzentrum. Das Grundstück wurde uns von einem örtlichen Ladenbesitzer empfohlen, Schilder geben keine Beschränkungen für Übernachtungen oder Wohnmobile an. Wie immer nur respektvoll gegenüber der Gegend, wir waren über das Osterwochenende hier und hatten eine fantastische ruhige Nacht. (Auch für einen Samstag). Früh abgereist, nur um den Einheimischen gegenüber respektvoll zu sein, die den Parkplatz benutzen. Nicht der flachste Aufenthalt, aber für uns geeignet für die Nacht. Schöne lokale Kneipe direkt am Eingang zum Parkplatz und viele Restaurants in der Umgebung.

PBee01/06/2025Great town centre spot in Oban, parts of the car park are very steep but if you get a flatter area it's great for exploring the town. £18 for 24 hours. We were the only camper there overnight in late May.
KimDuvgren31/05/2025Great place. 4-5 large spots in front of big house on level ground, more spots for smaller cars on a slight slope. Litter bin but no other facilities. Great pub opposite car park and 3 min to center of town.

there are some large flat spots in front of the Rockfield Centre by the charity shop. they are part of the same carpark according to a woman who works in the Rockfield Centre. they are due to be upgraded but at the moment there are no lines so our 7m motorhome fit with no problem. no idea what the configuration will be after upgrade. ok to spend the night.

You have to be lucky to get a parking spot here. Also the even spots are limited. But if you get a spot, it's a great starting point to explore Oban. The car park is not really suited for long vehicles. Ours is 6m, which was pretty much the limit. There is no "no overnight parking" sign, and we had a very quiet night. The price for 24 hours in August 2024 was 18 GBP.

A good spot for an overnight stay to visit Oban or for catching the ferry to 1 of the islands. Easily accessible even in a 7m motorhome but if the car park is busy bigger vehicles might struggle to find a big enough space. £12 for 24 hours.

Prima plaats om Oban te verkennen en te overnachten. Via de qr-code op het bord ben ik op de website gekomen. Ik moet 5 £ betalen voor ganse dag. Perfect!

Voor een parkeerplaats midden in het centrum een goede plek voor een overnachting. Heerlijk om vanuit een kroeg snel bij je camper te zijn. In de nacht was het stil maar vroeg in de ochtend wel last van verkeer. Maar ondanks dat wel echt een aanrader in Oban gezien de lokatie en de leuke kroegjes. Betaling gaat via een app, wij hebben £5 pond voor 24 uur betaald (terwijl op het bord £12 stond)

Parking super sympa, à côté d’une église me semble t’il (chant raisonnant en soirée agréable) Il n’y avait pas de place mais le personnel du Charity Shop nous ont dis que pour les van (-2m) l’on pouvait se garer dans les places protéger ?. 12£ les 24h, parfait pour laisser le van pour une excursion vers Fingal Cave ?

Quiet spot (seems only one around Oban) to stay overnight. It has no services, but is in the middle of the cute centre. There are 5 spots for motorhomes/vans. It can fill up, but later there may be spots, when people leave after a day. No signs you can not stay overnight. There is a pub very close

Parfait ! Une petite pépite en plein centre-ville ! Deux nuits très très calmes en plein week-end d’Août ! Aucun service mais tellement pratique pour visiter et déguster les spécialités locales ! 5 places parfaitement à niveau au fond du parking.

molto comodo e molto tranquillo. è un parcheggio a pagamento praticamente in centro ma defilato dalla strada principale. possibilità di stare fino a 24h per 12£. attenzione che la multa è di 70£! nell'area laterale ci sono posti per 4/5 camper grossi ma possono essere occupati anche da auto o furgoni. chi prima arriva meglio sta . il resto è dedicato a auto e piccoli van. ottima soluzione!

Small car park in the centre of the town. Very quiet spot. In the back to the right there are about 7 level spots to park. A public toilet would be handy, but otherwise this gives you a quiet place to sleep in the very centre of the town.

Für eine Nacht absolut ok. Wir hatten einen sehr ebenen Parkplatz. Die Preise wurden deutlich angezogen. Der Preis liegt bei £6/10 Std. bzw. £12/24 Std (05/23). Der Bäcker ist zu Fuß in 5 Min zu erreichen. Am Ausgang des P gleich links und immer geradeaus. Leckerer Apple Pie, Shortbread und Brownies. Das Restaurant The View können wir empfehlen. Muscheln und Burger sind sehr gut.

Centre of town, several flat spots but half the car park is sloped. We tucked ourselves around the back of the Community Centre building. There are markings just very faint. Best suited to camper-vans however space for the odd motor home. Again no signs to say overnighting not allowed. Horizon Car Park. 12£/24 hours.

Right in centre of town. Very handy. £12/24 hours. Not council owned so no signs saying you can't overnight. However, only suitable for transporter size vans and you need to be lucky or late to get a flat spot.
