I love it here as im right next to the wonderful Watersports Centre at Dock 8 where I swim. I feel safe and there are amazing views. Staff in the hotel are lovely. Just a few minutes walk into the Quays, Kargo Food Hall & Lowry. However, despite paying online every time, having confirmation emails & following rules to the letter, the owner of the campervan has been sent loads of parking fines.
Safe spot you can use hotel toilet and have a drink if need be , go into reception and ask for discount code for parking 15£ per night discount only 10£ per night
Good carpark for what we needed. The price is dynamic, we paid £15 for the night but the hotel was fully booked. Area had some noise but that's what I would expect. There is a 2m height limit but you can avoid that.
Just a car park. 7m van overhanging the space but parked where I didn’t bother anyone. Handy for Old Trafford & surrounding areas. Tram stop nearby too. Easy to pay on the app. Quite busy (stayed Friday night 6pm - Saturday 7am)
Grundsätzlich ein super Platz. Der Camper sollte nicht länger als 6m sein. Wir waren eine Nacht gestanden. Von 15:00 bis 10:00 Uhr am nächsten Tag für 10 Pfund. Kompletter Parkplatz mit PKWs voll. Ziemlich enge und kurze Parkbuchten.
Spot tranquille et secure pour visiter Manchester et notamment thé Old Trafford. Grâce à un camping cariste déjà présent nous avons appris que nous pouvions aller à l’accueil de l’hôtel demander la carte positionnée en photo qui permet grâce au code avoir une réduction. Grâce à ça nous avons payé la nuit moins de 5£ !
Well lit, feels safe and secure, cctv. Quiet. 5 min walk to the tram which we used to go to Coop Live - 35 mins. Lots of Restaurants over at media city. media city. We paid £8 for 24 hours - bargain!
Instead of paying £150 in the hotel, due to Man City and Man Utd playing at home, and it being St Patricks Day, we paid £15 and just stayed on the car park with two other vans. Safe, quiet, perfect for the tram into the city.
