Not very charming but what do you expect from a city centre car park in a yard. It is very well organised and maintained, and very secure. The car park closes its gates at 18:00 and you need to ring a number to get the gates opened. There are supermarkets 10 mins walk away, but the city centre with restaurants and bars is4.0km/2.5 miles away on foot, along a busy not very attractive road.

Perfekt durchorganisiert wenn man sich wie vorgegeben vorher anmeldet. Nahe zum Zentrum gelegener Parkplatz mit V/E. Zufahrt etwas schwierig wenn die Einfahrt nicht ganz frei ist. Preis absolut in Ordnung. Ruhige Nacht durch Innenhoflage. Man muss nur damit rechnen vom Gewerbebetrieb im gleichen Hof sehr früh geweckt zu werden.

Ein lauter (Straßen- und Bahnlärm), asphaltierten und trister Innenhof, 5km südl des Zentrums. Plätze zu eng, nur 1m Abstand, wenn voll belegt. V/E (Grau-, Schwarz-, Frischwasser) gut. Kein WC, keine Dusche. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis zu hoch, Strom kostet extra, kein WLAN.
Système de réservation inhabituel. Par chance le responsable de l’endroit était présent à notre arrivée. Il parle anglais et m’a expliqué comment procéder. Le grand portail s’ouvre en composant le Numéro de téléphone. Pour la sortie présenter le ticket de parking devant le lecteur et payer. L’appareil n’accepte que du cash et vous avez 5 mn pour sortir.

Strom Katastrophe: hatte für abends gebucht, funktionierte nicht, Kontakt zum Beitreiber über WhatsApp, musste Kasten aufschrauben. Sicherung war raus, anschließend waren wesentlich weniger als 400 W verfügbar, Sicherung flog immer wieder raus
Excellent place. We only used their services (emptying grey/black water + refiöled fresh water) but great location in town, all automatically organised, only struggle we had when we should leave was finding cash to the payment machine, but we finally managed.

Top Platz in Messina. Sehr sauber und sicher, und hat alles was benötigt wird. Tram, Bus und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Matteo ist ein hilfsbereiter freundlicher top Gastgeber.
Perfect spot for visiting Messina. Check google maps for train/bus timed. Works pretty accurate. Night was safe and surprisingly quiet. Would definitely come again!
Kontakt per WhatsApp problemlos. Ausweis und Kennzeichen gesendet, schon kam die Telefonnummer zurück, mit der man abends das Tor öffnen kann. Perfekter Platz für die erste Nacht in Sizilien oder um Messina zu besuchen. Grau- und Frischwasser problemlos. Schwarzwasser nur mit Kassette möglich. Obwohl Strasse und Tram in der Nähe, nachts ruhig, da Innenhof. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt.
Wir standen hier für eine Nacht,. sehr netter Empfang mit allen Informationen versorgt. In der Nacht war es wieder erwarten ruhig. Gesamte Anlage perfekt um Messina zu besichtigen. Total sauber und gepflegt.

Waren für eine Nacht hier nach der Überfahrt mit der Fähre. Super sauberer und sicherer Platz mit freundlichem Betreiber. Tram ins Zentrum hält nur wenige Meter von Platz entfernt. Guter Ort für die Durchreise und für einen Nachmittag in Messina.
Comodissima area x visitare Messina , molto pulito ,mezzi pubblici a pochi metri , parcheggio controllato .Siamo rimasti tre notti ,silenzioso . Gestori molto disponibili e simpatici . Consiglio vivamente !
Abbiamo sostato due notti. A 10 minuti dal centro con il tram che passa proprio davanti. Abbiamo cenato nell'area relax. Pulita, consigliata.
Il posto è sicuro, silenzioso ed è comodo entrare e uscire a qualsiasi ora. NON CI SONO BAGNI NEL PARCHEGGIO quindi a chi non ha un mezzo dotato di servizi come noi lo sconsigliamo. Un po’ lontano dal centro (45 minuti) ma ci sono i mezzi nelle vicinanze.
Area sosta pulita, centrale, con tutti i servi essenziali, personale cortese. Consigliata!

Prendendo il tram, nelle immediate vicinanze, ho potuto finalmente vedere il famoso orologio astronomico del Duomo di Messina, incredibile!!! Ho avuto anche degli ottimi consigli dal gestore per assaggiare i prodotti tipici di Messina. Assolutamente consigliato!!!

Abbiamo sostato due notti. Area sosta sicura in una posizione strategica. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio a domicilio per assaggiare le specialità gastronomiche di Messina a colazione e a cena. Assolutamente consigliata!
Area sicura e pulita, tutta automatizzata. Siamo arrivati la notte e avevamo la chiave di accesso per entrare autonomamente. Vicina il centro e il porto. Fatto carico e scarico + ricarica corrente. Posizione strategica. Assolutamente consigliata!
Parcheggio tranquillo vicinissimo al centro città, raggiungibile con il tram che ha capolinea a pochi metri dal parcheggio. Servizi di carico e scarico inclusi e possibilità di ricarica elettrica. I gestori ci hanno fornito anche indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare. Per la cena abbiamo usufruito del corner attrezzato per gustare la tipica focaccia messinese consegnata a domicilio. Consigliato!!
Comodo park vicino al centro cittadino. Scarico acque grigie a terra e acque nere con cassetta. Carico acque chiare. Stalli ampi per solo parcheggio (no tendalino). Vicinissimo a capolinea tram e linea bus. Gestore gentile e disponibile! Finalmente a Messina si può parcheggiare in piena sicurezza il camper per visitare la città ed assaggiare le ottime pietanze locali!!!
Cuando llegamos no hubo manera de contactar con ellos, después de una hora esperando, me devuelven la llamada y me permiten entrar. No había nadie, estamos solos. No hay ni electricidad ni aseos ni duchas... No lo recomiendo, si no es para una urgencia. Piensan que tienen un hotel 5* y de eso nada. Váyase a paseo!! Nunca más.
Ottimo punto di sosta camper per visitare la bella cittá di Messina. A circa 200 metri c'é il capolinea dei mezzi pubblici. Area sosta asfaltata a nuovo, bella spaziosa, con carico/scarico, scarico cassetta wc. Attivo il controllo della videosorveglianza. Gestore molto gentile ed ospitale. Consigliata a tutti i camperisti!!!
Very handy place after the ferry, clean and secure. More importantly is the attention and respect from Matteo. Unfortunately I had a nail in the tyre in and Matteo arranged for the repair man to come to the parking first thing in the morning
Comoda area molto silenziosa di notte completamente automatizzata. Fare check-in tramite sito, vi verrà comunicato un numero per l’apertura del cancello. Carico e scarico acque nere e grigie. Mezzi pubblici per il centro vicinissimi. Peccato non ci sia la corrente, i bagni e le docce. Comunque ottimo parcheggio e gestore disponibile.
Siamo stati una notte esperienza positiva si riposa bene ed e comoda per visitare Messina con i mezzi che passano accanto l'uscita ,gestori molto gentili disponibili a dare indicazioni e consigli.Matteo poi e stato fantastico al mattino si è presentato con granita al caffè con panna(specialita do Messina). grazie Adolfo Torino

Super netter Besitzer und für eine Nacht vollkommen in Ordnung. Bus und Tram 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Messina ist allerdings keine Besuch wert. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst wären wir direkt weiter gefahren.
Sehr freundlicher Empfang, obwohl wir nicht reserviert haben. Matteo kam extra angefahren und gab uns super Tipps für's Abendessen. Der Platz liegt perfekt für eine Stadtbesichtigung, Tramstation sehr nah, Fahrt ins Zentrum ca. 15 Min. Nachts ruhig und in der Früh kam der Chef persönlich und brachte uns Sizilianische Spezialitäten zum Frühstück: Granita con panna und Brioche.

L'intérêt de ce parking (flambant neuf) est qu'il est sécurisé, qu'il est desservi par des bus et un tramway à 15mn du centre-ville. Services de base : vidange des eaux grises et noires. Remplissage d'eau. Places de stationnement assez larges mais rarement totalement planes. Pas de wc ni d'électricité. Réservation en ligne obligatoire. Le tarif de 18 euros vaut pour 24h.
